Methodical Component of the Solution of Production and Graphic Tasks

With the advent of computer technology, a new stage of scientific and technological progress begins. Now the computer is a powerful tool that, firstly, integrates knowledge; second, it speeds up and facilitates their use, and, thirdly, it increases the pace of acquiring new knowledge. The computer stimulated almost all areas of science and technology to translate their achievements into a language of computer modeling that is favorable for them . So, along with classical disciplines there appeared computer mathematics, computer graphics, and so on.

Modern computer graphics make up a number of directions and various applications. For some of them, the basis is the automation of technical documentation drawings, for others - the problems of operative interaction between a person and a computer, the tasks of numerical processing, decoding and image transmission, and the creation of dynamic, virtual, multimedia computer environments and three-dimensional solid models.

During the last twenty years, there has been an intensive search for ways and means to bridge the gap that has arisen between the relatively high productivity of the automated main production process and the low productivity of the manual or mechanized process of design and technical preparation of production.

In existing textbooks, drafting algorithms for constructing box curves are considered. The analysis allows to draw the following conclusions: 1) the number of examples considered varies in different textbooks, 2) not all descriptions of construction of box curves contain a detailed algorithm, 3) the graphic interpretation of the algorithm is static.

Creation of electronic methodical support at the rate of computer engineering graphics, which is aimed at forming students' basic skills in engineering graphics.

Theoretical analysis of the research problem on the basis of the study of scientific literature and the systematization of the data obtained.

Today, one of the general directions of computerization of education is the creation of computer-oriented teaching aids, the purpose of which is to provide a planned update and modernization of the existing material component of the educational environment of educational institutions, the introduction of modern teaching aids in the teaching and upbringing process that correspond to the world level of scientific and technological development of the society, Allow us to use the latest teaching methods, create conditions for the implementation of effective strategies e towards achieving the aims of education.

This goal is achieved by carrying out design and methodological development, manufacturing, modernization and experimental testing of new teaching aids and their use in the teaching and educational process.

Some parts of machines, instruments, tools for processing metals have contours, bounded by closed curve lines composed of arcs of circles of different diameters, are mutually combined. Such curves, called Korobov, include ovals, ovoid, curls, etc.

Modern textbooks [describe the algorithms for solving the problems of constructing box curves and accompanying drawings. A feature of the use of computer technology is the ability to visualize the process of step-by-step execution of the algorithm.

The didactic materials have been developed to provide an opportunity to demonstrate the algorithm of step-by-step construction of box curve curves in the CAD environment of AutoCAD.

When developing the didactic material, the skills of working with the editors of vector and raster graphics (FotoAngelo 2.0, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe ImageReady CS2) and the AutoCAD automated design system, as well as programming in the Delphi 7 object-oriented programming environment, were used.

Visual perception of graphic information for a person is important, the volume and speed of perception of visual images are significant. Modern expansion of computer capabilities allows you to perceive and visualize the results of calculations, you need to build comprehensive drawings to represent the features of the drawing or any process and provides all aspects of training - from submitting new material to supporting practical work.
