In order to prepare delicious lean scones, you will need the following ingredients: 500 grams of flour, 30 grams of baking powder, salt, 50 grams of sugar, 200 ml of warm water, vinegar, 50 ml of oil.

Mix all the dry foods - flour, soda, sugar and salt. In a separate container, connect all the liquid - water, oil and vinegar. Quickly combine "dry" and "liquid" mixtures, the dough will immediately begin to puff and approach. Everything must be done strictly according to the prescription, otherwise the product may turn out to be too hard or vice versa friable.

Lenten cakes on brine

Ingredients: a glass of sugar, 250 grams of brine, 15 grams of soda, flour, 300 grams of vegetable oil.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and knead the dough to a thick consistency. Dough spread using a tablespoon on a baking tray, previously lined with baking paper. Put in the oven. Baking time is 30 minutes.

Recipe for flat cakes with potatoes

Recipe for lean flat cakes with beans

Ingredients: 550 grams of flour for dough, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 30-40 grams of flour for rolling dough, 400 ml of water, 4 tbsp. Spoons of oil, salt, 3 teaspoons of sugar, canned beans, garlic, olive oil, dried coriander, wine vinegar and spicy pepper.

Dissolve yeast in half a glass of warm water, add a little flour to them, mix. Leave the sponge in a warm place. In the meantime, mix the rest of the ingredients - water, salt, flour, sugar, vegetable oil - with a mixer. Combine the resulting mixture with the yeast that has come up, knead a not too steep dough and leave for an hour. While the dough is infused, it is necessary to prepare the filling. Beans preheat with the liquid, drain the liquid and mash it to a mashed state. Gradually introduce olive oil and a little water or vegetable broth, add the garlic, red pepper, vinegar, dry coriander. The finished dough is divided into 6 identical parts, which need to be rolled out a little, lay out the stuffing on them, protect the edges. Turn the resulting pouches downwards by the place of fastening and roll them to a thickness of 0.8-1.0 cm. Fry each side for 3-5 minutes in vegetable oil.
