Kravchenko Yuri Fedorovich: biography, the cause of death

In March 2005, on the territory of his own home ownership, ex-Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Kravchenko Yuri Fedorovich was found dead with 2 bullet wounds to the head. It became known that on that day, on March 5, the official intended to come to the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine for questioning on the "Gongadze case". In the morning of that day, the ex-minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was killed.

The official version of the investigation, on which the case was closed, was: the general committed suicide, 2 times with his own shot in his head. According to experts, this version does not withstand any criticism.

Murder that is not solved

In consequence of the death of former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yu. F. Kravchenko, as usual, there is a protocol. According to this document, as well as the conclusion of the examination, the forensic team found fingerprints suitable for identification, belonging not to Y. Kravchenko, but to another person. Investigative bodies did not take any measures to identify the person who left these fingerprints on the site of the tragedy, and his possible involvement in the death of Kravchenko. The issue of determining the blood group of a person who left fingerprints that are unsuitable for identification (such as are also not raised) has not been raised. The expertise for such studies has already been available for 30 years.

It is also known that on one of the fingers (index finger on the left hand) of the deceased investigators found a long (35 cm) - dyed, torn hair, torn from the human head by a rapid and strong movement. According to the conclusion of the examination, this hair does not belong to the late Kravchenko. However, no measures have been taken to establish the person to whom this hair could belong. According to experts, no particles of gunpowder or traces of burned hair were found in the area of the wound entrance holes on the victim's body.

The criminal case on the death of General Kravchenko has long been closed due to the absence of any part of the crime. And yet many people with whom Yuri Fedorovich Kravchenko was closely connected, especially in those difficult times, have their own point of view. The truth of this version, which destroys all the grounds for creating an official conclusion about the causes of the tragedy, is evidenced by numerous media materials. So what is the death of Kravchenko - murder or suicide?

Unwanted witness

Obviously, this extraordinary man could tell a whole lot about the investigation. It is known that even after leaving the post of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kravchenko Yuri Fedorovich continued to independently investigate the "Gongadze case". And probably during the interrogation he could state not only his own version of this resonant affair, which cost him both a good name and a career. They could be called "puppeteers" of this dirty story - the customers and organizers of the "cassette scandal", which has become - and this is already obvious today - the cause of the tragic death of the journalist.

One way or another, and today the public should become obvious, and another: the case of the murder of General Kravchenko is falsified. Someone it was extremely necessary: the fact of killing Kravchenko is hidden, the cause of death is falsified, the evidence is destroyed, the witnesses are silent.

Handwriting

Criminals give out not only a lot of silent clues, they also give out "handwriting" in the destruction of the "Kravchenko case", the style of concealing these very evidence. Those on whose orders Kravchenko Yuri Fedorovich was killed, a rich arsenal of opportunities is involved in planning, carrying out the crime, concealing his tracks, "breaking up" the criminal case at the investigative stage, forging forensic and forensic examinations in this case, destroying the witness (Or "burned" performer?), Organizing cover for the "special operation" carried out by conducting appropriate campaigns in Ukrainian and Russian media. Only persons with "their people" in the entire administrative vertical of the Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the courts of Kiev and the Prosecutor General's Office, can have such opportunities.

The Gongadze case

In late 2000, Kravchenko Yuri Fedorovich was one of the participants in the so-called cassette scandal. Then there was a publication of audio recordings, where allegedly Yuri Kravchenko, Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and V. Lytvyn, head of the presidential administration, discussed the possibility of physical elimination of opposition journalist G. Gongadze. As a result, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Yu. Kravchenko, was removed from office.

In mid-September 2000, unknown persons abducted the opposition journalist returning home and were taken away to an unknown destination. Soon after the disappearance of G. Gongadze a criminal case was opened. The investigation was conducted under the personal control of President Leonid Kuchma. November 2, 2000 in the forest near. Taraschy in the Kiev region was found a decapitated body, according to the investigation, owned by G. Gongadze. At the end of February next year the Prosecutor General's Office acknowledged the death of a journalist and instituted a murder case.

On the "cassette scandal"

On September 28, 2000, the leader of the SPU, Alexander Moroz, published some records in the Verkhovna Rada, which later were called "Melnichenko's films." The audio recordings allegedly were secretly made in the office of President L. Kuchma, Nikolai Melnichenko, who at that time served as a major in the presidential guard. Subsequently, the former officer received political asylum in the United States.

On the given audio recordings one can hear that the allegedly acting president is discussing the opposition journalist as an embarrassing problem. The conversations are held alternately with Yuri Kravchenko, the then Minister of Internal Affairs, Mikhail Potebenko, then Prosecutor General, L. Derkach, the head of the SBU, and Vladimir Litvin, the head of the presidential administration. On one of the records, the president is allegedly given an order to Minister Y. Kravchenko with an unwanted journalist to "sort it out", on the other Kravchenko already reports on the work done.

In the US and Europe, an audit of audio records was conducted. Highly qualified independent experts recognized the authenticity of the voice of President L. Kuchma. But due to the fact that the records were made on a digital voice recorder, the experts neither proved nor disproved the probability of its subsequent mounting.

Accusations in the "Gongadze case"

On March 3, 2005, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Svyatoslav Piskun announced his subordinates' intention to interrogate former Interior Minister Yuri Kravchenko the next morning. BP deputy Grigory Omelchenko, the former head of the parliamentary commission investigating the resonant cases, was offered to arrest Kravchenko, as well as Leonid Derkach (head of the SBU) and President Kuchma himself.

According to the press secretary of the GPU Yuri Boichenko, during the investigations it was found out that the only guilty person, i.e., the customer and instigator of the journalist's murder is the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yu. Kravchenko. In connection with the death of the suspect, the trial was suspended.

A note

The official version claims that General Kravchenko committed suicide. For this he had to shoot himself twice in the head. The investigators allegedly found a suicide note, the contents of which were announced by the Minister of the Interior, Yu. Lutsenko. In it, the deceased said goodbye to his relatives, assured himself of his innocence and that he was a victim of presidential intrigues. The note was written with a ballpoint pen on a lined sheet, torn from a notebook, and hidden under clothes. Not only near the body, but also in the whole house, no objects were found that the deceased could use to write the death message. But on it were found suspicious brown spots, reminiscent of blood - while that on the hands of a corpse of traces of blood was found. There are a lot of inconsistencies in this case. Death of Kravchenko - what is it, murder or suicide? For many, the issue is still open.
