For sure, every lover of history knows that the city of Pisa in Italy has long maintained cultural and commercial relations with different countries. But after a while the sea power fell into decay, this contributed to the aggravated Meloria war with Genoa. Today Pisa is famous for its cultural wealth, high level of education and the development of science and art. In the city there are various squares, cathedrals, bell towers, and also the Baptistery - a round building, decorated in Romanesque style.

Many sights are known for Italy, Pisa - a city in which one of the brightest is located. Most tourists who came to rest in this magnificent place, amazes with its uniqueness the area on which are located the famous works of art, architectural structures. It is called "Field of Miracles". It towers the bell tower, the cathedral, the cemetery and the Baptistery. Italy (Pisa in particular) is known to many thanks to the "falling tower", which was established in 1173. Its height is 56 meters, although it was planned to build the building up to seventy meters. The creator of the unusual structure was Bonanno Pisano. His idea was that inside the building he wanted to conduct research on the strength of gravity. Later, Tommaso Pisano continued his work. Today the building consists of six tiers of loggias with columns that encircle the building. Pisan style is very interesting and unique, tourists can not see anything like this anywhere else.

Also Italy (Pisa in particular) is known for its cathedral, the construction of which began in 1064. In a unique structure were combined several styles, namely: Romanesque, Byzantine, early Christian, Norman and a little Arabic. Pisa Cathedral was dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Completed construction only in the seventeenth century thanks to the famous architect Rainaldo. Today people from different parts of the world come to see the cathedral, it was repeatedly restored and looks great. Inside the building are collected various works of art, which is why it is often called a museum.
