In addition, the heated sawdust, scattering in different directions, spoils the coating, adhering to its surface. As a result, rust begins to form in damaged areas.

When installing metal roofing, it is not allowed to cut using a grinder equipped with an abrasive wheel. This leads not only to burning out the polymer, but also to the zinc layer. As a result of rough corrosion, rusty stains appear.

In the implementation of such actions, the product is removed from the warranty, and no manufacturer will accept claims.

Correctly to make a cut of a material it is necessary by means of scissors or a hacksaw on metal. Sometimes you can use a manual electric saw equipped with carbide tines. The sawdust formed after the work must be carefully cleaned with a broom, trying not to damage the polymer layer.

The qualitative technology of metal tile mounting implies the use of special screws. Otherwise, even the most expensive coating will disappoint in operation. Self-tapping screws should have a sealing washer made of rubber material. The rubber washer may dry up over time, causing the roof to lose its tightness and tightness.

Installation of the rebated roof should be carried out in the lower parts of the wave using self-tapping screws 20 to 35 mm in length. If the metal tile is fixed over the wave to the crate, this, in addition to unnecessary noise, will cause unreliable anchoring.

When installing the roof, the use of mounting foam is unacceptable. To fill the gap between the ridge and in other places where garbage and snow can fall, as well as for arranging heat insulation, a special seal should be used.
