How to grow oats. Advice

To answer the question of how to grow oats, you first have to decide, and why. This amazing plant is very different from the rest with its useful qualities. Its grains are rich in fiber, iron, fluorine, calcium, magnesium and many other elements necessary for the human body. Seeds of cereals, in general, are mostly very useful. But their effect increases at times, if there are precisely germinated grains.

How to grow oats? In fact, it's easy. Experienced gardeners know exactly how to properly germinate the seeds. The best is a bare-oats oats. First rinse the seeds thoroughly in clean warm water. Put them in the jar. Fill with drinking water so that approximately 10 to 12 cm of liquid covers the oats from above. After 12 hours, drain all the water carefully, and pour the grains again into the same jar. Next, take the nylon cap and drill in it several 5-millimeter holes for ventilation. If this is not done, the air will not flow to the seeds, and the venture will certainly not succeed. Close the jar prepared with a lid and leave it for a few days in a room where the temperature does not exceed 23 degrees, otherwise the oats will overheat and cover with mold (then the sprouting will slow down significantly) or worse, even rot.

Remember that the seeds need to be washed every day, but you must pour out the water well. Finally, when you find that the first sprouts have appeared, start stirring the oats regularly in the jar, as if to swell it. This should be done so that the seeds and sprouts are saturated with fresh oxygen and germinate more actively. If you strictly followed this instruction, then after 3-4 days your grains will necessarily germinate by about 5 millimeters. Do not wait for large sprouts, since this is the optimal length (sprouts contain the maximum number of useful trace elements). Now you also know how to grow oats. Do not forget to only periodically discard spoiled grains (unprocessed, moldy or rotten).

But this is not the only variant of germination. There is at least one more way to grow oats. In a clean shallow plate (or in a pan), dry sawdust must be poured in order for the thickness of this layer to be 2 centimeters. Place oatmeal on top. This layer should have a thickness of not more than 1 centimeter. Then again, the sawdust (it is necessary that they cover all the grains). Fill it all with hot water and gently level it. Take care that the grain does not float, do not overdo it! Daily, continue to pour a little oats with warm water. Soon you will see how the young green shoots are pecked through the sawdust.

Tell your relatives and friends how to grow oats, teach them. After all, not only is it very exciting, so also the result for health is good. Sprouted grains of oats are one of the best cholagogues and help to quickly remove harmful toxins from your body. If you are prone to frequent breakdowns and stresses, the oats will strengthen your nervous system. It is also effective for stomach problems. And your pets, just like you, will be satisfied with this delicacy!
