How to grow an oiler yourself?

We all know that it is possible to grow honey agarics, oyster mushrooms, champignons for personal consumption and for sale. And what about forest mushrooms: white, chanterelles, birch trees and others? After all, they are mycorrhizal, that is, they can not live and develop independently, without commonwealth with the patron tree. To the honor of amateur gardeners, several ways of cultivating forest mushrooms on a personal farmstead and a garden plot have been developed. In this article, we'll talk about the subtleties of independent cultivation of oily mushrooms, tasty mushrooms suitable for marinating, frying and preparing soups.

A bit of theory. The term "mycorrhiza" is formed from two Greek words, "myco" is a fungus and "riza" is the root, and denotes a symbiotic (mutually beneficial) relationship between the root system of plants and fungi. Gribokoren improves the delivery of nutrients to the roots, increases the fertility of the tree - symbiota, also reduces stress reactions during drought, lack of trace elements. That is why the tree stimulates the mycelium to grow and form fruit bodies only in malnutrition, and you are more likely to see mushrooms under trees growing on lean rather than fertile soils. Most forest fungi form mycorrhizas with certain tree species, for example, the white fungus settles near firs, birches and pines, but oleaginas (oleo, oil butter, Maslenik - other names) are more selective and adjoin only next to pines, preferably young.

There are two ways to multiply oil.

1. In the first case, you have to grow pine trees in the garden area. To prepare the planting material you need to bring freshly cut butter from the forest . The oil should be well ripened, even ripe. And then experienced mushroom pickers offer several options to choose from:

  • In autumn, break the hats into small pieces and sprinkle them in a well-moistened soil around the tree, covering them with fallen needles, if the latter is not enough, a week before sowing the spore you can prepare a "pillow" from the previously scalded or boiled straw;
  • As an option, you can pour the soil around the tree with a liquid suspension of milled mushrooms with the addition of food flour and gelatin (per bucket 1 tablespoon);
  • The third method of preparing the suspension is the most laborious, but also the most effective. First, you need to separate the granular layer with spores, grind it and put it in a bowl with water (1-2 liters of the mixture per 10 liters of water); Secondly, as a growth stimulator add 15 grams of dry yeast, then leave to insist for two weeks. Disputes during this time will settle on the bottom. Then you need to drain the water with debris, and pour the sediment on the container. The life-giving mushroom mixture is ready for sowing within a year from the moment of preparation. Before pouring out the liquid with spores under the trees, it must be diluted 1: 100 with water. Then gently and evenly, through the watering can, pour well-moistened soil under the pines, an ideal option to do this during the rainy season.

2. If you do not have suitable trees on the site, look in the forest for a couple of pine-two-year-olds (about one meter in size) with oily mushrooms growing around (next there should be no competing weed mushrooms of yellow-toned mokury) and in the autumn transfer them together with the mycelium.

To mushroom roots formed or settled down in a new place, you need to create optimal conditions for the mycelium. Regular watering is necessary if you grow such mushrooms as butter. A buttercup grows in the wild among the grass, so try to recreate under your pine trees a site that looks like a natural one. You may have to sow some herbs and plant shrubs.

Mushrooms should begin to bear fruit for the second year after planting: amicably and sporodically, and more than once a season you will be pleased with the butter. The buttermilk in artificial plantations practically does not worm, which is especially pleasant. The site with a mycelium should be fenced off from trampling. Mushrooms grow better during the rainy season, so when fruit bodies appear, you can mimic the natural rainfall with diffuse non-cold water irrigation. Of course, the oily cultivation in the garden area is 100% justified by the fact that the table is regularly replenished with fresh mushrooms. Therefore, if the size of the garden site allows, engage in the cultivation of forest mushrooms - do not regret it!
