How to fold the snowflakes from paper? We make beautiful snowflakes with our own hands

During the New Year holidays, we all want miracles and magic. Even if in the end of December there is no slush in the street and there is not even a fairy tale at all, you can create a unique winter extravaganza without leaving home. For this it is necessary not only to decorate the tree, but also to decorate the apartment with paper snowflakes. There are many ways to create these light and air beauties.

Do not change the traditions!

It is difficult to find a person who in childhood would not know how to cut a snowflake from paper. For you it is not the slightest difficulty to remember this technology of manufacture or to learn it from scratch.

So, to create an openwork ornament will be needed:

- paper (this can be both ordinary white and A4 colored sheets , as well as napkins, foil and any other suitable material that you want to use);

- scissors (conventional or manicure - does not matter, because they are equally convenient for cutting patterns);

- a simple pencil (it is advisable to sharpen it beforehand to make the lines more accurate);

- The eraser;

- Templates for cutting snowflakes.

Now let's get down to business.

1. First, bend the sheet on the corner so that its narrow side is overlaid on the nearby wide one.

2. Now gently trim the extra piece of paper. If you did everything right, you will have a square folded twice diagonally (that is, a triangle with two identical faces and one longer).

3. How to fold paper for snowflakes - see the picture above.

4. Apply the pattern to the resulting pattern.

5. Walk along the painted lines with scissors.

6. Expand the sheet - and that's it, one beautiful woman is ready to go out!

As snowflakes to fold and cut, we figured out. Now we can proceed to the second, third ... and cut them out as much as the soul desires!

Since there are no two identical crystal princesses in nature, they must be very diverse in your house.

Think of your patterns or use patterns to cut out snowflakes - the choice depends on you. In any case, your creativity will give very interesting and beautiful results.

Create 3D in your home!

Now let's see how to fold paper for snowflakes, not ordinary, but voluminous. To make 3d decoration for a window, chandelier, Christmas tree and any corner of an apartment, you will need:

- 6 sheets of paper in the form of a square (white or colored - it does not matter, you can make both a classic snowflake and colorful beams);

- scissors;

- the most usual PVA or glue-pencil;

- Stapler.

To ensure that the paper beauty does not tear, when you hang it on a thread, it is better to use a thick paper for making it (or at least make a beam out of it to which you are going to fasten a thread). In order not to suffer from the measurement and drawing of the sides of the square, you can bend the usual sheet of A4 format in such a way as at first creating an ordinary snowflake, and just cut the excess.

So, all the materials are collected and lie before you. Now you can proceed. Now let's figure out how to do bulk snowflakes with your own hands.

So, we are working!

Step one. Once bend the sheet in half diagonally. We formed a triangle.

Step two. On the wide side, carefully cut the herringbone, as shown in the photo.

Step three. Expand the sheet.

Step five. Raise the tips of the corners cut out in the center and glue them together.

Step Six. Repeat the previous operation for all parts of the square in pairs, starting with those that are closer to the middle and ending with the extreme ones. When all parts are glued together, you will have the first ray of the future snowflake.

Step Seven. Repeat exactly the steps described above for the remaining five sheets of paper.

Step Seven. Connect the resulting rays of the stapler (fix them first three, and then - formed two halves of the future decoration).

Step eight. We give the product the final form. In those places where the pieces of paper touch, fix them with glue.

Another large version

If you want to make several kinds of 3D snowflakes, you can use the origami technique. The world-famous work of Dennis Walker, over which many experts in the field of paper art are not the only ones who are puzzled, is hardly suitable for everyone. This, as they say, aerobatics. To put it down, it takes a lot of time, reinforced nerves, and also a certain skill in how to fold snowflakes.

For those who are not strong in origami technique, but still want to please the family and surprise guests with handmade ornaments, we offer a simpler version of how to make snowflakes. At the heart of their manufacture lies a principle similar to the one we described in the previous paragraph.

As easy as pie!

How to fold paper for snowflakes? Now we'll figure it out.

1) Cut out a square of any size from the paper.

2) Fold it diagonally. Neighboring edges should be clearly overlapping each other, and a sheet - get the shape of a triangle.

3) Now fold it in the middle so that the shorter sides of the figure touch, and the long one - split into two equal halves.

4) Draw a small pencil in the pencil that does not intersect the triangle completely. It should go from the fold line and do not reach the opposite side a little.

5) Carefully scissor along the marked place.

6) Rotate the paper completely. Before you again there must be a square.

7) Glue together the ends of the corners in the center.

8) Now, in the same way, connect the external parts, but at the same time turn them in the opposite direction. That is, they should be a mirror image of the first fragment. The first ray is ready.

9) Make six more pieces in the same way and connect them in the center with a stapler.

10) Fix the elements in contact with each other with glue.

Everything, a beautiful snowflake-turntables is ready! You can make it white or make each ray of paper of a different color. And painting the product with the help of paints or markers will be a great entertainment for children.

We continue to create New Year 3D!

Color paper is an excellent material for creativity. It creates a variety of applications and three-dimensional products. As a snowflake to fold, even a small child will be able to understand. Most often they are easy to perform and do not require much time. Such crafts look bright, festive, airy. We present to your attention one of the most uncomplicated and beautiful options.

To make beautiful snowflakes from paper in 3D, we need the following materials and tools:

- two-sided color paper of light and dark shade in one color scheme (in our example purple and lilac are used, you can take any other matching variants: blue and blue, green and light green, red and pink, yellow and orange, etc .);

- White list;

- any scissors;

- long ruler;

- a simple pencil;

- PVA glue.

Step-by-step manufacturing instructions

How to make snowflakes in stages?

Step 1. Prepare the materials. Match the colored paper with the appropriate shades. You can use any colors that you like. Ideally, they should be similar to each other, but if you want to use some other combination - do not hold back your inspiration and do as you like.

Step 2. Preparatory work. Before the snowflakes are folded, cut from Paper the same strips (their width should be 1-2 centimeters, and the length of the sheet will become the length guide). How many such lines do you need? Remember:

- a dark shade (for us - purple) - 4;

- white and light (in the example of lilac) - 8 pieces each.

Step 3. We collect the first element.

Glue the stripes of violet paper criss-crosswise. Then, along the edges near each of them, attach to the lighter part as shown in the figure.

Step 4. Add a new color.

In the same way, fix 4 white fragments. Pass each strip between those running parallel to it. If you do everything right, the lines will intertwine among themselves, like the twigs on the basket.

Step 5. Let's start making rays. Bend and pair in pairs the ends of white strips that are next to each other.

Step 6. We work with lilac parts.

The ends of the light colored strips pass into the formed white loops, fix them together and fix on the "walls" of the ray. How to fold paper for snowflakes correctly - look at the picture.

Step 7. Make another one of the same elements separately in this diagram.

Step 8. Collect the snowflake. Combine the two resulting pieces of jewelry. Purple stripes of one part fix in the loops of the other, and vice versa.

Everything, one more 3D snowflake is ready! It will be an excellent addition to the festive decoration of your home or workplace. And now you know one more way to make snowflakes.
