How to cook a pie with pineapple

Sometimes I want to bake something unusual for dessert, but without spending too much time and using products that are at hand. For such cases, a pie with pineapple is perfect, it is not only delicious, but also useful, thanks to the vitamins contained in this fruit. There are quite a lot of recipes for this baking. Let's briefly dwell on the simplest of them.

Alternatively, you can make a pie with pineapple, the recipe of which is as close as possible to all the famous charlotte (apple pie) with a slight modification. For the test, you need 150 grams of flour, it's better to take the top grade, half a cup of butter, six chicken eggs and a glass of sugar. Eggs with sugar beat up with a mixer, until they increase in volume several times (this can take 5-7 minutes). Here, add flour and butter, pre-melted and cooled, turn everything into a homogeneous mass.

For the filling, the pineapple is peeled and the core is removed. Finished fruit is cut into half rings. In the frying pan a little butter is warmed up, in which the pineapple is lightly fried on both sides. After that, it is sprinkled with a little sugar and left for 15 minutes. The bottom of the prepared form is covered with oiled paper, a fruit is laid out here, and dough is poured on top. Bake the dish for about an hour in the oven on a low heat. Before serving, the pie with pineapples is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

If there is no hand (and for some reason difficult to get) or do not want to clean a fresh fruit, then you can make a cake with pineapple canned. To do this, we first prepare the fruit. We take pineapples from the jar and dry them with a paper towel. The syrup that remains from the fruit should not be poured, since it will be useful for the dough.

Three glasses of flour mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder (you can use it instead of slaked soda). A pack of butter melts on a small fire, cool. Four eggs are beaten with a glass of sugar, oil is added here, pineapple syrup is poured in and 2-3 glasses of flour are poured. As a result, the dough should become slightly liquid, in consistency like a pancake. It pours out into the form, and the fruit is laid out on top. The cake is baked for about half an hour in the oven, heated to the minimum temperature. For more aromatic baking, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla essence to it. Also, in addition to pineapple, you can use an apple, cranberries, currants or other fruits and berries.

One of the fastest in preparation is a curd cake with pineapple and nuts. For the test, you need a bundle of cottage cheese, half a cup of butter, three eggs, 100 grams of sugar and a glass of flour. Cottage cheese is rubbed with butter, and here flour and a teaspoon of baking powder are poured out. Gradually, eggs are hammered, sugar is poured, everything is thoroughly mixed. The dough is laid out in the prepared form, the pineapple is laid on top (you can take both fresh and canned). Nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or any others to taste) are ground, they add 50 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of flour, sugar (you can take instead of the usual vanilla, this will give the bake a more intense flavor). All components are mixed in such a way that the mass in the form of crumbs with which the pie is poured is obtained. This batch is prepared on a small fire until golden brown (usually it takes about half an hour). To the table, it can be served both hot and cold. If you want to complement the taste, you can pour a hot dish after baking with melted chocolate. Such pie with pineapple can be a perfect addition to tea in a friendly company or at a festive table.
