Not one decade ago, Mikhail Efremov was born - a brilliant military leader, who manifested himself during the two wars - Civil and Domestic. However, those feats that he committed, appreciated not immediately. After his death, many years passed before they were given a deserved title. What other heroes of the Great Patriotic War were forgotten?

The Steel Army Commander

At the age of 17, Mikhail Efremov joined the ranks of the army. He began his service as a volunteer in an infantry regiment. Already two years later, in the rank of ensign, he participated in the famous breakthrough under the command of Brusilov. In the ranks of the Red Army, Mikhail joined in 1918. Famous hero of the Great Patriotic War acquired through armored flights. In connection with the fact that the Red Army did not have armored trains with good equipment, Mikhail decided to create them independently, using improvised means.

Mikhail Efremov met the Great Patriotic War at the head of the 21st Army. Under his leadership, soldiers restrained enemy troops on the Dnieper, defending Gomel. Not allowing the Nazis to enter the rear of the South-Western Front. The beginning of the Patriotic War, Mikhail Efremov met, leading the 33rd Army. At this time, he participated in the defense of Moscow and in the subsequent counter-offensive.

In early February, the shock group, commanded by Mikhail Efremov, broke through the gap in the defense of the enemy and went out to Vyazma. However, the soldiers were cut off from the main forces and surrounded. For two months, the soldiers raided the rear of the Germans, destroyed enemy soldiers and military equipment. And when the cartridges with food ran out, Mikhail Efremov decided to break through to his own, asking on the radio about the organization of the corridor.

But the hero of the Great Patriotic War could not do it. The Germans noticed the movement and defeated the strike group of Efremov. Mikhail himself, to avoid being captured, shot himself. He was buried by the Germans in the village of Slobodka with all military honors.

In 1996, persistent veterans and search engines achieved the fact that Efremov was awarded the title of Hero of Russia.

In honor of the feat of Gastello

What other heroes of the Great Patriotic War were forgotten? In 1941, the DB-3F bomber flew from the airfield strip, which was located near Smolensk. Alexander Maslov, namely, he ran a combat aircraft, was given the task to liquidate the column of the enemy, moving along Molodechno-Radoshkovichi road. The plane was hit by enemy antiaircraft guns, the crew was declared missing.

A few years later, namely in 1951, in order to honor the memory of the famous bomber Nikolai Gastello, who rammed the same highway, a decision was made to move the remains of the crew to the Radoshkovichi settlement in the central square. During the exhumation they found a medallion belonging to sergeant Grigory Reutov, who was a rifleman in the crew of Maslov.

Historiography did not change, however, the crew began to be listed as not missing, but to the deceased. Heroes of the Great Patriotic War and their exploits were recognized in 1996. It was in this year that the entire crew of Maslov received the appropriate title.

The pilot, whose name was forgotten

Heroic deeds of the Great Patriotic War will remain in our hearts forever. However, not all of the heroic deeds remained a memory.

Petr Eremeev was considered an experienced pilot. His order of the Red Banner he received for the reflection of several German attacks in one night. After knocking down several Junkers, Peter was wounded. However, after bandaging the wound, in a few minutes he again flew off on another plane to repel an enemy attack. And a month later, after this memorable night, he performed a feat.

On the night of July 28 Eremeev was instructed to patrol the airspace over Novo-Petrovsky. It was at this time that he spotted the enemy bomber that was going to Moscow. Peter went to his tail and began to shoot. The enemy left to the right, the Soviet pilot lost it. But then another bomber noticed that he was leaving for the West. Approaching him closely, Eremeev pressed the trigger. But the shooting was never opened, as the ammunition ran out.

For a long time without thinking, Peter cut himself into the tail of the German plane with a screw. The fighter turned over and began to fall apart. However, Eremeev escaped, jumping with a parachute. For this feat they wanted to give him the Order of Lenin. However, we did not have time to do this. On the night of August 7, near Moscow, the feat was repeated by Victor Talalikhin. It was his name that was inscribed in the official chronicle.

But the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and their exploits will never be forgotten. This was proved by Alexey Tolsty. He wrote an essay titled "Taran", in which he described Peter's feat.

Only in 2010 he was recognized as a hero

In the Volgograd region there is a monument on which the names of the Red Army soldiers killed in these parts are written. They are all heroes of the Great Patriotic War, and their exploits will forever remain in history. On that monument is the name of Maxim Passar. He was born in the Khabarovsk Territory. The hereditary hunter became one of the best among snipers. I showed myself in the battle for Stalingrad. By 1943 he had destroyed about 237 Hitlerites. A considerable reward was established by the Germans for the head of a well-aimed Nanaian. He was hunted by enemy snipers.

His feat he committed in the very beginning of 1943. In order to free the village of Peschanka from enemy soldiers, it was necessary to get rid first of two German machine guns. They were well fortified on the flanks. And it was Maxim Passer who had to do it. For 100 meters to the firing points Maxim opened fire and destroyed the calculations. However, he could not survive. The hero was covered with fire of enemy artillery.

Minor heroes

All of the above heroes of the Great Patriotic War and their exploits were forgotten. However, all of them must be remembered. They did their best to bring the Victory Day closer. However, not only adults managed to prove themselves. There are also such heroes who did not turn 18 years old. And it is about them that we will go further.

Several tens of thousands of teenagers participated in the fighting along with adults. They, as well as adults, died, received medals and orders. Some of the images were taken for Soviet propaganda. They are all heroes of the Great Patriotic War, and their exploits were preserved in numerous stories. However, it should be noted that five teenagers who received the appropriate title.

Returning from reconnaissance, he and his commander were fired upon by Germans. The commander was killed immediately, and Marat began to shoot. He had nowhere to go. And there was no possibility as such, since he was wounded in the arm. Until the bullets ran out, he held the defense. Then he took two grenades. He threw one at a time, while the other held it until the Germans approached. Marat blew himself up, killing in this way a few more opponents.

Valya together with several of his peers blew up two enemy cars, killing seven soldiers and the very head of Franz Koenig. About 30 people were injured.

In 1943, he was engaged in reconnaissance of the location of the underground telephone cable, which was subsequently successfully destroyed. Valya also took part in the destruction of several echelons and warehouses. In the same year, while on duty, the young hero noticed the punishers who decided to stage a round-up. It was Lenya Golikov who undermined the car in which Major General Richard Witz was traveling. All his services are fully listed in the award sheet.

These are the minor heroes of the Great Patriotic War and their exploits. Children sometimes performed such feats, for which adults did not always have the courage. Lenya Golikova decided to award the medal "Golden Star" and the title of Hero. However, he could not get them. In 1943, the military detachment, in which Lenya was a member, was surrounded. Only a few people left the circle. And Leni was not among them. He was killed on January 24, 1943. Up to 17 years old boy did not live.

However, at the time of the return to the detachment, Zina was seized by German soldiers.

During the interrogation, the girl managed to grab the pistol lying on the table, to shoot the investigator and two more soldiers. When trying to escape was seized. She was constantly tortured, trying to force her to answer questions. However, Zina was silent. Eyewitnesses claimed that one day, when she was taken to another interrogation, she threw herself under the car. However, the car stopped. The girl was pulled out from under the wheels and taken for interrogation. But she was silent again. These were the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
