Financial and economic activities in the context of WTO membership

In recent decades, the World Trade Organization has played a major role in the organization of international trade, it includes 149 states - the largest and most developed part of the world. The process of relations with this multilateral trading system, financial and economic activities, require careful analysis, and in some cases, a review of existing principles and legislation for any state that has entered or is willing to join the WTO.

So far, the debate on the feasibility of Russia's accession to the WTO has not ceased. Among the positive aspects that the country will bring to the WTO, it can be noted: access to the markets of the WTO member countries on the basis of various preferences granted by membership in the WTO, the lifting of quantitative restrictions in trade; Access to global information resources and technologies.

At the same time, many problems facing the domestic economy are to be solved. In a number of positions, Russia will have to make substantial concessions. The financial and economic activity of some sectors of the economy may negatively react to the growth of foreign competition. To such industries, first of all, one should include those that can suffer most from the growth of competition with imports: electric power industry, metallurgy, light industry. The least sensitive in this analysis is the fuel and energy industry.

However, this approach to analysis is extremely superficial, so a comprehensive study of the problem by all possible methods is necessary. It is important to calculate with a reasonable degree of certainty how the production and economic activities of an enterprise or the financial and economic activities of an organization of each particular branch of the economy will win or suffer from the country's membership in the WTO.

At the present stage, the role of the WTO in world trade makes entry of our country indisputably necessary in terms of increasing the level of integration into the global economy, access to world markets.

In this context, the issue of interaction with the EU countries and the game on the EU labor market is also very important. This topic is relevant, since our country is a border neighbor of the EU and all the processes taking place within the European Union have an impact on our economy. The development of labor relations in the EU integration group is a good experience, for example, for the member countries of the Customs Union, which allows to see shortcomings and positive moments in the labor market in conditions of integration.

The labor market is one of the key spheres of the world economy and its analysis is important from the point of view of transformation not only of the world economy, but also of the national economy. From the competent analysis of the labor market, the financial and economic activity of an enterprise of any industry largely depends. On the labor market, the level and quality of employment is affected not only by the process of globalization, but also by the financial and economic activities of any economic activity entity. It can be noted such factors as the use of information technology, modern management and marketing strategies, which to a large extent determine the modern forms of organizing work. The production of goods and services increasingly depends on the knowledge and skills of the workforce.

The most important task is not only financial and economic activities, but also the improvement of relations on the export of labor. This requires the creation of regulatory and legal and organizational-economic bases for the development of legal labor exports, facilitating the flow of foreign exchange earnings to the country, increasing tax revenues, upgrading the skills of domestic personnel, using the skills and knowledge acquired while working abroad, in order to increase national productivity Labor.
