This is the main characteristic feature of the fable. The school curriculum included works by IAKrylov, KD Ushinsky, LN Tolstoy, S. Mikhalkov and some other writers. Many expressions have become used as proverbs. "And Vaska listens, but eats", "I did not notice the Elephant", "And the chest just opened" - the most famous of them.

Fables for children have great educational value, because with the help of emotions and artistic expression, exert a strong influence on the child, they form high social and moral principles.
