Example of a preschooler's characteristics and structure of a document

An example of a pre-schooler's characteristic for a teacher working with children of a given age is important to have in the arsenal for a number of reasons. First, it will facilitate the process of writing such documents, secondly, it will help to track the dynamics of the development of pupils of the kindergarten and to build a proper work plan with them.

What does the characteristic include?

In the example of a preschooler, it is important to include generalized data about the child that will describe his physical and psychological development, the manifestation of personality traits and the pedagogical influence that contributes to their fullest disclosure. The sample can be made according to such key parameters:

  • General personal information and family information;
  • health status;
  • The development of mental functions and qualities;
  • Features of mastering pedagogical influence;
  • Recommendations for working with the child.

Pedagogical characteristics of the preschooler: a sample structure

The pedagogical part of the characteristic consists of important information that you need to include in your sample. An example of a preschooler's characteristics in this case will have the following structure:

  • Assimilation by the child of the program;
  • The pace of work in class and fatigue;
  • Expressiveness of cognitive interest;
  • Manifestation of initiative;
  • Behavior with teachers and children.

Psychological characteristics of the child

As an example of a preschooler's characteristics, it is possible to include reference phrases and formulations that will later facilitate the process of working on a real document:

  • Psychological atmosphere and emotional background in the family: benevolent, conflictual, warm and caring, detachment, desire / unwillingness to spend time together and communicate;
  • Psychology of gaming: acts as a leader in group games, takes a passive position, likes to play alone, understands / does not understand the rules of the game, chooses story-role games / prefers subject activity, active / passive;
  • Attitude to creative activity: does not show interest, prefers music / drawing / designing;
  • Temperament: balanced / unbalanced emotionally, mobile / inert;
  • Character: self-confident / not sure, responds adequately / inadequately to criticism, sociable / closed;
  • Randomness, switchability, stability of attention, memory is developed enough / insufficiently;
  • General and fine motor skills, speech is developed according to age / poorly developed.

From such general information, a sufficiently complete description of the preschooler can be compiled. A sample of it can be supplemented with some data that relate to the particularities of a particular pre-school institution (logopedic bias, correctional groups, etc.). The main thing is that the example should be as close as possible to the realities of the institution in which it was compiled.

Example of a preschooler's characteristics

Petrova Darya Stanislavovna, born in 2011, visits the "Sun" from the year 2014. Currently engaged in the group for school preparation.

The adaptation process in kindergarten was successful. The girl expressed interest in the new place, she quickly found a common language with the children, fell in love with teachers.

Dasha is physically healthy, well follows the daily routine.

He is brought up in a full safe family in an atmosphere of trust and goodwill. He likes to spend time with his grandmother, learns from his mother's domestic skills (he knows how to dress, comb, wash, brush his teeth), he visits a swimming pool with his dad.

General awareness of yourself and the world corresponds to age: Dasha knows the names of relatives, his address, is guided by gender differences, seasons and space.

In the classroom, the girl is active and curious, often asks questions, shows initiative in games (prefers themes "Shop", "Polyclinic", "Teacher"). Particular interest is in drawing and modeling of clay, likes to perform on the matinees.

Dasha has age-appropriate development of cognitive processes, speech, fine motor skills. Can read, write and count up to 100.

Dasha is balanced, calm, confident, non-conflicting. He is able to communicate with peers, takes care, shares toys. It responds better to praise than to criticism. The kindergarten loves for the opportunity to meet children and study music.
