"Skinners" (Skins) is a dramatic British television series about the life of teenagers aged 16-18 living in Bristol. The project was created on the initiative of the screenwriters Bryan Elsley and his son Jamie Brittan, commissioned by Company Pictures. The premiere show took place on E4 in January 2007. Filming was mainly held in Bristol, and individual school scenes were filmed at Filton College and the Academy of D. Kobot.

Description

"Molokososy" (the actors of this instant series won popularity among teenagers) - the project is psychologically complex and quite realistic. His story line contains a deep meaning. Creators deliberately do not limit themselves to the same characters and periodically change the characters, calling each two seasons a generation. During the seven seasons of the television series "Milk Pipers" actors changed three times. Each new series is focused on a separate character. Thanks to this structure, each episode differs from the others in its atmosphere, mood and plot. The authors intentionally show the life of young people without embellishment: the audience is shown the reality, at some moments a little hyperbolized. Characters are very close to modern youth. The work of a group of directors and screenwriters is worthy of highest praise, and another huge plus in the series is musical accompaniment.

First generation

The stunning game of very young actors never ceases to amaze the viewer for all seven seasons. The first generation of the series "Molokososy", whose actors for two seasons successfully tried to create vivid images, is no exception.

• Tony Stonem (actor Nicholas Holt) - smart, attractive and popular among the peer youth. He is the "catalyst" in most of the events that occur, although his manipulations sometimes go unnoticed by the environment.
• Sid Jenkins (actor Mike Bailey) - the exact opposite of Tony, but at the same time - his best friend. A guy is not a good guy, he is not confident, he often experiences difficulties in his studies, he is embarrassed.
• Michelle Richardson, the girl Tony (the performer of the role - April Pearson) may seem superficial at first glance, however she studies diligently and in comparison with others is a more mature person.
• Casey Ainsworth (actress Hannah Murray) - an eccentric girlfriend, Michelle's girlfriend, suffers from eating disorders.
• Chris Miles (actor Joseph Dempsey) is the girl's favorite, the king of parties with a difficult fate. He is passionately, madly in love with the psychology teacher Angie.

Secondary, but not less important

None of the other characters is not superfluous in the series "Molokososy" (season 1). Actors who have played secondary roles are also remarkable, because they create a holistic picture of the plot.

• Jael Feizer (the performer of the role is Larissa Wilson) is a talented clarinet player and a very sensible girl.
• Maxi Oliver (actor Mitch Hewer) draws well and loves to dance. He though a gay character, but belongs, more likely, to the male half of the company than to the girl's.
• Anwar Kharral (the performer of the role of Dev Patel) - Maxi's best friend, is extremely flexible in Islam: he uses alcohol and drugs.

The second generation. Raisins

The proper atmosphere of the series "Milk Pipers" actors, which will be listed below, created inspiration. Among them, it is necessary to mention the following:

• Elizabeth "Effi" Stonem (actress Kaya Skodelario) - sister Tony, a born leader, beautiful and popular. At the same time, she is too reserved, even secretive, she keeps all her problems in the strictest secrecy.
• Pandora Moon (actress Lisa Beckwell) is Elizabeth's best friend. Unlike Effie, the girl is innocent, and she has not yet mired in the world of sex and narcotic dope, but is eager to fix it.
• Thomas Tomone (actor Marvil Luciba) - a guy born in Congo, stands out with kindness and high moral principles, in love with Pandora.

Environment

Framing the central characters served six more bright characters in the series "Milk Pipers". Actors and roles for them were selected by the directors very carefully.

• James Cook (played by Jack O'Connell), Jay Jones (Ollie Barbieri) and Freddy McClare (actor Luc Pasqualino) are the best friends they've known since childhood. Cook is not afraid of power, sociable and charismatic, dissolute. Freddie is more calm and responsible, is fond of skateboarding, sometimes he likes to smoke grass.
• Emily Fitch (actress Catherine Prescott) and Cathy (Megan Prescott) are twins, superficially similar as two drops, but very different in character.

The third generation of the series "Molokososy." Actors and roles

The third generation of the series was perceived ambiguously by both film critics and the audience. Claims were varied: both the characters became stupid, and the storyline itself is uninteresting, stuffed with templates. But still the project did not lose its demand, "leaving" on the wave of success, which received the first episodes. After the release of the series "Milk Pipers" (season 3), the actors who took part in the project became instantly popular.

• Frankie Fitzgerald (Dakota Blue Richards) is a frank outsider, despite the fact that she is a creative and intelligent girl. Because of its androgynous manner of dressing around, it seems strange.
• Alo Creevey (Will Merrick) is an optimist, a simple guy who lives on a farm.
• Rich Hardbek (Alexander Arnold) is a friend of Alo, completely immersed in the subculture of metalworkers.
• Charismatic Mini McGuinness, charming Grace Violet and direct Liv Malone (performed by the actresses Freya Mayvor, Jessica Sula and Leah Lewis) are the best friends.
• And also Nick Levan (Sean Til), his older brother Matty (Sebastian De Souza) and gay Alex Henley (Sam Jackson).

Seventh season

The creators decided to finish the series with a kind of epilogue. In the last season, every two series of spectators have the opportunity to get acquainted with the fate of three characters after graduation. Naturally, the heroes grew, their problems became more serious. They are far from being suckers.
