Dolomite flour: application in agriculture

Dolomite flour is ground to the state of powder carbonate rock, which is actively used in various sectors of the economy.

Its use will favorably affect the cultivation of acid-sensitive crops (barley, spring and winter wheat, corn, soy, beans, peas, wicks, fodder beans, clover, cucumbers, onions, lettuce). In this case liming will have a positive effect on plants on both acidic and weakly acidic soils.

Flour dolomite: use in other areas

The product has found application in the production of feed for animals and birds. It turns out that dolomite flour contains many elements that are necessary to strengthen the bones of animals. When self-feeding, you should carefully watch that the flour does not contain foreign (metal) particles.

In addition, dolomite flour has found application in the glass industry. It is used in the process of manufacturing electrovacuum glass as an important additive. With the help of dolomite, an asphalt-concrete coating is made. The mixture, which includes this substance, gives the road additional strength, increasing the life of the asphalt. In addition, dolomite flour is a part of flooring, roofing materials, ceramic products and paint and varnish coatings.
