Also, the drug gives vasodilator and spasmolytic effects. After using the medication, one can feel a brief decrease in pressure. It affects the blood vessels and internal organs, relaxing the smooth muscles. The blood supply to the areas of myocardial ischemia improves, in the synapses of the spinal cord, the transmission of interneuronal signals is enhanced.

Also today some physicians can prescribe "Dibazol" to improve immunity, as it has the ability to stimulate the production of endogenous interferon. Such immunomodulating activity may recall the drug "Levamisol".

Reviews of consumers about the drug

For about 60 years, "Dibazol" remains in medicine quite in demand. It is widely used in neurology, obstetrics, cardiology and other fields. The drug is prescribed for adults and children. In the 90s, Dibazol was actively assigned to schoolchildren. The feedback from teachers and health workers indicates that such measures helped reduce the catarrhal incidence by almost 80%. Also, parents noticed that the drug helps reduce intestinal spasms and accelerates recovery in neurological diseases. But nevertheless the medicine should be given with care, since cases of allergic reactions in the form of urticaria and edema have been revealed.

Patients with hypertension note that the drug is not as effective if the disease has been accompanying you for a long time. But many understand that a medicine that is low in cost and availability can not be a panacea.

It is important to note: in spite of the fact that the medication is dispensed without a prescription, it is important to consult a doctor before starting the treatment and to read the annotation thoughtfully.
