The cooking process is very simple:

  1. Zucchini neatly cut into longitudinal slices no more than 1 centimeter thick.
  2. From vinegar, butter and garlic, prepare the sauce.
  3. Each slice of zucchini is dipped in a fragrant mass, sprinkled with pepper and salt, and then gently laid on the grill.
  4. The frying process will take 5-6 minutes. During cooking, the sauce partially drains, so you can grease them again to give them a better taste and aroma.
  5. Finished the product on a large dish and let it cool down for about 15 minutes.

With the same success, you can prepare zucchini in a grill pan. This unique dish can solve the problem in a matter of minutes. In addition to the main product, only any vegetable oil is useful for work.

Sequence of preparation:

  1. For this dish is better to take zucchini or even quite young zucchini. Vegetables should be thoroughly rinsed and cut into smooth circles with a thickness of 1 centimeter.
  2. Wipe the pieces dry with a napkin. After that, each of them, slightly missed with oil on one side, spread over the entire ribbed surface of the pan.
