Constitutional duties

The Constitution is the main law of the country. Its significance is great. All the basic freedoms and rights that we have are registered in it. It is a stable guarantor that our interests will be taken into account in any situation. All other laws should be based, first of all, on it.

Do not forget that apart from the rights she gives us responsibilities. The constitutional duties of a person and a citizen are very clearly defined. For avoiding their execution, the person will be punished. Responsibility can be very serious.

Constitutional duties

Not only citizens, but also other persons (stateless persons, foreigners) bear obligations to the Russian Federation. In the constitution, however, only the rights of citizens of the federation are officially fixed.

Constitutional duties have the following features:

- have legal force (supreme);

- take a direct part in the implementation of public as well as personal interests;

- their goal - the protection, development and protection of various social values.

Constitutional duties can be divided into the following types:

- Special.

The first are related to the observance of constitutional, federal and other laws, the preservation of historical monuments, culture, the environment and so on. All the inhabitants of our country are obliged to bear these duties. This condition is necessary for normal cohabitation on the territory of our country. They provide order, improve the lives of people, form a society.

Special constitutional obligations of citizens include those mutual duties that are borne by each other children and parents, military duty, duty to pay taxes, which are established by law.

General duties, of course, are mandatory. For their failure to provide:

- measures of educational influence;

- extreme measures, which include not only administrative, but also criminal liability.

Special duties may be imposed on persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation. In some cases, they are assigned only to certain categories of citizens. As an example, we can name parental responsibilities, which are established only for those citizens who have children. Some taxes should not be paid in succession, but only strictly defined persons in certain situations.

The fulfillment of special duties is ensured by the norms of special legislation (for example, family and tax), and also by the responsibility that is established by various federal laws.

There are also specific civic duties. A vivid example is military responsibility. Its essence lies in the fact that all male persons must undergo special training. It is held in military units, has a certain period. You can attract to it only after reaching a certain age. Released a Russian citizen from her can only be for health reasons and for a number of other serious reasons.

This duty includes:

- preparation for military service;

- military registration ;

- a call to the service;

- call for fees;

- stay in stock.

Voluntary admission to military service is the fulfillment of this duty. Several years ago, a law on alternative service was adopted . The point is that it can be performed outside the military units.

Persons can not be called:

- having a criminal record (unpaid);

- in respect of which the inquiry is conducted;

- serving sentences in the form of arrest, correctional labor, restriction of freedom, compulsory work.

The constitutional duties are carefully thought out and in their totality are unified. They all help to maintain order in society.
