Cappuccino: recipe for famous coffee

Milk foam is obtained by beating milk with hot steam, it fills most of the volume of the cappuccino cup. The recipe also presupposes a feed with sugar, cinnamon or ground chocolate, using a special stencil, a pattern is applied. If you order yourself a cup of such coffee in a restaurant, then you will be offered to make a pattern on it, this method of filing is called "latte art". Always with a cappuccino you will be served a small spoon. Before drinking coffee itself, it is eaten by all the milk froth.

The recipe for making cappuccino

For one serving, you will need 200 ml of cold milk and only 2 tablespoons of ground coffee, preferably purchased specifically for espresso. As additional ingredients, you can take cocoa powder or cinnamon, you can also grate the chocolate. If you do not have an aggregate that churns milk with steam, it's okay, and a normal mixer or blender will do. Milk (it should be very cold) whisk until foam appears, but make sure that the bubbles remain small. Preheated cup fill the cooked coffee by 1/3. Then gently pour the milk, holding the foam, and already lay it on top. You can decorate the drink at your own discretion with cinnamon or cocoa. Now you can enjoy the morning with cappuccino. The recipe assumes the use of whole milk, it has a more intense taste. But if you do not have one, anyone can do it. But what to do when the summer is outside the window and do not want anything hot?

"Ice" cappuccino

The recipe for such a cold coffee drink is perfect for a hot day. Prepare it is not difficult, if you have a blender. Place the milk, the prepared espresso, chocolate syrup and ice. Beat everything until a thick foam, you can add sugar to taste. Pour the mixture into a tall glass, if desired, decorate with whipped cream, cinnamon or chocolate. Serve with a slice of chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
