The drug "Aurobin" (ointment) describes the instruction as a combined agent that has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-edematous and anti-allergic action. The medication reduces the symptoms of inflammation, reduces vascular permeability and increases the muscle tone of the capillary walls.

The medicine "Aurobin" (ointment) contains in its composition the hormone glucocorticoid, dexpanthenol, lidocaine and triclosan. Dexpanthenol has a regenerating effect on the affected areas of the mucosa and epithelium. Lidocaine promotes the rapid elimination of pain syndrome and eliminates burning sensation. Triclosan is an antiseptic, with a wide range of effects, it suppresses fungi and bacteria, and also improves the general condition of a person.

Indications

When using the drug "Aurobin" (ointment) the instruction should be carefully studied, since it is available to describe in what diseases it gives a positive effect. Ointment is applied rectally and externally. Children over the age of the drug is prescribed only by a pediatrician. The course of treatment, regardless of age, should not exceed five days.

On the surface of the affected area of the skin, the ointment is applied a thin layer up to four times a day. Acute overdose is very rare, it threatens with a systemic manifestation of side effects: Itenko-Cushing syndrome, growth retardation, hyperglycemia, hypokalemia, glucosuria, increased intracranial and arterial pressure, bradycardia. You should stop taking the medication or reduce the dosage.

Before applying the ointment, you must first cleanse the skin so that there is no spread of secondary bacterial infection. The drug does not adversely affect the ability to drive a vehicle and other mechanical devices.

The drug "Aurobin" (ointment) does not recommend the use in the third trimester of pregnancy, tk. There is no data on its safety. In the period of breastfeeding, too, the use of the drug is undesirable: lidocaine and corticosteroids penetrate into breast milk. If you need to use this ointment, you should stop breastfeeding.
