  • Injuries: joints and tendons, tissues, muscles and ligaments; As well as bruises, sprains, dislocations;

  • Acute attacks of gout, migraine, adnexitis;

  • Colic: renal, hepatic.

The drug "Orthofen" is prescribed for other diseases, accompanied by pain and inflammation. This medicine is also used in ophthalmic practice, in particular, in the treatment of non-infectious conjunctivitis, in operations for removal and implantation of the lens, injuries of the eyeball.

Among the contraindications to treatment with the drug "Orthofen" instructions for use calls increased sensitivity to diclofenac and NSAIDs in general. Also, this drug is contraindicated in violations of hematopoiesis, stomach ulcers and duodenum (duodenal ulcer), inflammation of the intestine. It is not prescribed for children under the age of six and women in the last trimester of pregnancy.
