Start a professional career and move to the USA

Since the season of 1999-2000. Alexander began to play regularly in the main part of the Omsk team. In the debut season, he spent nineteen games, scored three goals and gave as many assists.

To the delight of his fans, the next year became even more successful. Alexander went on the ice in thirty-nine bouts and scored fifteen points.
