All this is filled with three tablespoons of tomato paste. Stir all the ingredients and stew for about 10 minutes.

Next, add 200 ml of broth and a piece of butter. All the stew for a while, until the meat is soft. If desired, you can add laurel leaves and spices.

The first dishes from beef are rich and rich. Therefore, this meat is used for broths. It is desirable that it was with a stone. Here's how to make a shurpa from beef. This dish is considered traditional in the East. Take the pulp of beef (600-700 grams) and cut it into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Onions, carrots and Bulgarian peppers must be cleaned and cut into pieces.

Now take a frying pan and lay out on it sliced vegetables, except potatoes. Fry them for a while, and then add meat to them. Fry all together for about 6 minutes. Next, add to the frying pan about three spoons of tomato paste. Fry for another 5 minutes, constantly stirring the contents of the frying pan.

Take the pan and transfer the meat and vegetables into it . We pour broth or water into a saucepan, the liquid should be above the contents by about five centimeters. We turn on the fire and cook until shurpa boils. Next, pour the potatoes into the pan and add the spices. As spices we use zira, pepper of different varieties, bay leaf and salt. We make the fire small, but watch to make the soup boil. Cook for about 50 minutes. Shurpa is ready.

The recipe for cooking beef practically does not differ from the technology of cooking other types of meat. Beef should be subjected to a longer heat treatment. It is very tasty, it turns out to be stewed. Meat intended for chops should be very well discouraged, and then fried on each side.
