Preparatory stage

For work you will need:

• 100 grams (150 meters) of yarn;
• Knitting needles on line No. 3.5;
• Additional spoke;
• Hook number 3.

To make a cap with braids, knitted needles, it turned out to be a warm (winter version), carry it out of natural wool. Well, and if you are preparing a headdress for the spring-autumn, then for its production will suit a half woolen thread, acrylic or natural cotton.

We knit the main part of the cap

The implementation of this model of the headgear begins with the formation of the main cloth. On the spokes, dial 40 loops. At the beginning of each row, the first loop, edge, remove the unbroken, and the latter always make out the purl. All odd rows (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11) should be executed with the face loops, and the even ones (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) - purl. Starting from the 13th row, the braid is removed. It is performed according to the following instructions.

13th row: 7 face loops, 8 loops to remove, without tying, on the additional spoke and leave for work, follow the 8 loops to perform the facial ones and now tie the loops from the auxiliary knitting needle. The remaining 15 loops on the left-hand spoke also face.

14-24th rows are tied with garter stitch (all eye loops).

25th row: 15 face loops, 8 loops to take off on extra spoke and set aside, 8 face, 8 loops from auxiliary knitting needle. Finish the series with the last 7 loops, making them also facial.

Then repeat the pattern from the 13th to the 25th row 4-5 times. To cap with braids, knitted needles, it turned out exactly to your size, while working on the product on your head. When the canvas is 3-4 cm less than the volume of the head, follow the pattern from the 1st to the 12th row and finish the knitting.

Top: how to tie?

A cap with braids of spokes continues to make out on the top edge. To do this, lift all the loops along the long side of the canvas. Spray them with a "rubber band" pattern, alternating 1 face loop with 1 purl. Draw 8 rows with this pattern. In the next (9th) row, make all the loops 2 together. Then again make out an elastic band of 4 rows and in the 5th and tie all the loops "of two - one". The remaining loops of the knitting needles are gathered on a thread and braided. Do not tear off the yarn, connect the edge of the cap with the hook. Thread the thread and cut it.

Decoration of the bottom edge

Type on the knitting needles on the long side of the product and knit them with a pattern of "rubber band 1 x 1". When the bar reaches 6-8 cm, close the eyelets. Next, decorate the accessory with any crochet hook. A cap with braids, spokes made, knitted decorative elements (flowers, leaves, bows, pompons) is decorated.
