One of the characteristics of a wireless device is the duration of operation from a power source. The more it is, the better. Some mice use conventional batteries, which allows them to be replaced at any time by new ones. It is also acceptable to connect batteries of the appropriate size. In the latter case, it is necessary to take care of the charger in advance and, possibly, a backup set of power supplies. There are modifications to the mouse, in which the battery is initially integrated - they are charged from a special docking station.

It should be noted that as the number of batteries increases, the weight of the device increases, which is not always good, especially for mobile use.
