Both profiles, upper and lower, should be strictly opposite to each other, otherwise the partition will be inclined. Then it's difficult to remodel.

In the place where the opening for the door is planned, set the profile and connect it with the previously bent corners. The length of it should be the same as the height between the ceiling and the floor, but with a deduction of one centimeter from each side. Next, we try on the door frame and the door itself. If it is exactly on the profiles, with the help of screws it is set in place. Then, above the door frame, install and fasten the metal profile, which is prepared in the same way as the bottom one. That is, we also bend both ends at right angles for convenience and reliability of fastening.

Making the first partitions of gypsum cardboard with your own hands, you gain experience. Further construction of the walls will be much faster. Having fixed the door on one vertical profile, we begin to mount the second one. Cut to size, insert it into the lower and upper profiles, and screw it with screws. To give a stiffness to the upper profile above the door frame, we strengthen it with cut-off short guides.

Cut the drywall sheet to a size equal to the height between the ceiling and the floor, and cut one centimeter from the part that is closer to the floor. This is done so that moisture does not fall. Then, using two plates, lift the sheet to the ceiling itself and fix it. Having convinced that one of the profiles is in the middle of the sheet, we begin to fix it. With self-tapping screws, after every 25 cm we screw the plasterboard to the profile. In the same way, we install the following sheets and fix them.
