We build ourselves, with our own hands. A few tricks that will help in the construction and repair

Often happens such, that the person for years worked with this or that building material, however nevertheless did not guess about some its subtleties. Or just had a little bit of unreliable information about him. This situation happens not only when working with different materials, but in general when performing repairs, and especially when we build ourselves with our own hands. This article will give only some tips that will help to learn a lot of interesting and useful information about construction and repair.

1) If the window is placed from the nearest wall no more than a meter, then the natural light will be much more uniform. Do not make small windows in a residential building, it will be difficult to remodel, but light will always be missed.

2) Ordinary tiles allow you to independently apply the necessary pattern on it. A stencil is cut from the thick paper, which shows the necessary pattern and is glued with special glue. Pre-tile is wiped with acetone. Then, with a sponge or other improvised material, we put the paint on the stencil and let it dry properly.

3) If the wooden structures come into contact with a brick or metal, then in the places of these contacts it is best to lay a special membrane material. You can replace it with roofing paper or pergamon, but it is better to use a special material that is suitable for your purposes.

4) Country houses made of logs and logs must necessarily be treated with antiseptic, which will save from rotting. Such processing will prolong the service of the wooden house for many years and will not require frequent repairs and renovation of crowns. This should be remembered by those who build themselves, with their own hands, as high-quality construction firms bring already processed wood to the construction site.

5) Microwave often takes up a lot of space in the kitchen. You can place it in an original way. If the closet is adjacent to the kitchen, a hole is cut in the kitchen wall, to which the cupboard is leaning from the storeroom, where the microwave oven itself is installed. It looks very stylish and beautiful.

6) Door hinges from the creaking saves not only oil. Sometimes a washer is simply put on their pin, which is made of polyethylene cork or fluoroplastic.

7) The slope of the roof has a significant effect on the accumulation of snow. The larger the angle, the better the snow will slide off the roof and the less will be the load on the roof. If all the same load in the place of snow accumulation seems to be big to you, then as an option it is possible to strengthen the rafter structure with vertical racks.

8) Do not buy building material in small building stores. It is unprofitable and you can easily run into a fake. It is best to go to a large hypermarket, if there is such an opportunity. You can save up to fifty percent and they have delivery.

9) Try to choose and buy building materials yourself, and not to trust their purchase to builders. In fact, savings are obtained within thirty percent.

10) Always when purchasing construction and repair materials, ask for a hygienic certificate and a quality certificate, preferably with a blue seal of the dealer or the manufacturer.

11) Built-in furniture does not have to be made of wood, you can make it from plasterboard with initial design, but that's if we build everything ourselves, and if not ourselves, we need to raise this issue when designing your interior design. In this case, your built-in furniture will be a clear continuation of the walls. Such cabinets and niches do not require repair and they can be renewed when painting walls or re-gluing wallpapers.

But this is only a small part of the councils for repair and construction. Good luck and speedy completion of construction and repair work!
