This is another beautiful group of waterfalls, scattered along the riverbed of the Pshada River and its tributaries. In all there are approximately one hundred. Of these, thirteen are in the upper reaches of the river. Pshada and are located on the territory of one square kilometer. The eight most famous waterfalls are on the Red River. The remaining can be seen in the mouths of the tributaries of the Pshada River.

The latter originates between the peaks Papaya and Pshada. From the source to the Black Sea, about 35 kilometers. The largest waterfall is Olyapkin (another name is the Great Pshad Waterfall). You can see it on the Red River. Its height is nine meters. The second highest (7 m) is at the mouth of the Waterfall Creek, which is the right tributary of the Red River. It is located at an altitude of 270 m above sea level. This is the highest Pshad waterfall. The height of other waterfalls on this river is 1-4 meters.

Many of them are difficult to access, some are completely impassable. The route, where you can see another group of Pshadsky waterfalls, is located on the Gorlianovo creek and Kochkarev slots. There are about 20 water cascades.

How to get to the Pshad Falls

Tourist routes start from the apiary, located nine kilometers from the village of Pshada. You can reach it by renting a special transport (UAZ, GAZ-66), and it is also easy to get there on foot.
