In Kharkov (Ukraine) on the 12th of April, 1965, a boy was born in the Komissarov family, who was named Valery. Childhood and his youth passed in his native city. He studied at an ordinary secondary school. After graduation he entered the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. Diploma of a qualified specialist was in 1987. Simultaneously, Valery Komissarov also studies at the Institute for Advanced Training of TV and Radio Broadcasters, where he acquires the specialty of "director".

Beginning of the work path

In 1987 the young commissioner came to work at the Lublin Foundry and Mechanical Plant. In parallel, he is still working at the Institute of Metallurgical Enterprise. Dreams about working in the media do not give rest to Valery, and in 1988 they begin to come true.

Career in the television field
