The face of "First Channel" - Zhanna Agalakova: biography, photos and personal life

Only during the last year, and more specifically, since January, the famous presenter Zhanna Agalakova, besides living in America, she also works there. She holds the position of special correspondent for Channel One in New York. But strangely enough, all TV viewers who regularly watch the news on the "First", Jeanne associates with the city of love - Paris.

Childhood

In 1965 Zhanna Agalakova was born. Her biography begins in Kirov. She grew up in a simple family: her mother was a teacher of Russian, father was an ordinary engineer. Who only in childhood did a girl dream to become! There were thoughts of following in the footsteps of the mother, she also reflected on the profession of an architect, composer and even an investigator. When Agalakova turned 14, she left her city. This was due to the trip of parents to Mongolia, which lasted 4 years.

The first trip to Paris

The first time in the French capital, Jeanne was seventeen years ago. In Paris she traveled as a simple tourist on an old sightseeing bus. But it did not bother her at all, because she went to her beloved - Giorgio Savona.

Since the TV presenter met with the Italian, it was always problematic to meet for a couple. By the way, it happened quite accidentally in 1991 in Suzdal, during the International Conference on the fight against organized crime. Jeanne graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at the University of Moscow State University, began working in a television studio under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and therefore was engaged in coverage of this important event. Savona was a student of the Physics Department of the Roman Institute, Russia visited out of curiosity - in support of his father, a well-known Italian criminalist, who was invited to the seminar. In their free time, the organizers decided to give the participants a gift and arranged a tour around the city. So it happened that the young girl and Giorgio were lucky to sit in the neighboring places in the car. It was love at first sight.

Completely uneasy relationship

Initially, everything was not going the way the couple wanted. After the conference, the young man and his father went to their homeland. Nevertheless, his thoughts and heart remained in Russia. It is not at all surprising that after arriving home, Giorgio immediately recruited Jeanne. The conversation took place in English. Telephone conversations to a lover were not cheap, but it did not bother him, he was so interested in a girl that he tried to make money and call Russia in any free time.

It was much more problematic to see each other again. For Agalakova trip to Italy was almost unreal fact. And then Savon took the initiative: he saved up the necessary amount and flew to Moscow. For Jeanne it was the best gift for the New Year. From Rome, a young man brought a huge number of different gifts and products, because at that time the collapse of the Soviet Union, and almost all the shops were closed.

Despite the fact that in Moscow the couple gave each other a promise never to leave again, their relationship for several years was limited to telephone conversations. Of course, they saw each other, but these meetings were so short, for a maximum of three weeks, that the lovers did not have time to enjoy each other's company. All this continued until Giorgio took the risk and did not come to work in Moscow, the University of Steel and Alloys.

Happy life

Thousands of kilometers did not really affect the feelings of the TV presenter and Giorgio. In early spring of 2001, the couple consolidated their relations officially. Prior to this, for 10 years, lovers happily lived in a civil marriage. Soon they became the parents of Alice's wonderful daughter, but they still lived in different countries: Zhanna Agalakova with a child in Moscow, and Giorgio in Rome. At that time, Jeanne was the host of the program "Time" on the "First Channel". Desirable position, for which, probably, everyone would hold - but not this single-minded person. Somehow the TV presenter came to the office to her director and surprised him with a statement that she really wants to go to Paris and become an independent correspondent for Channel One there. At that time, this vacancy was free. Of course, the management of Jeanne was dumbfounded by such an act: to be a well-known TV presenter and then to become a correspondent ...

The reasons for deciding on such an act, the host was a lot. First, she became uninteresting to read the news, secondly, her husband worked in the University of Paris, and thirdly, the daughter was very fond of his father and missed him. In 2005, Jeanne went to conquer France.

Life in Paris

Zhanna Agalakova Paris fell in love when she was there for the first time. Therefore, moving here was for her one of the most enjoyable moments in life. The happy family settled in a huge apartment, which was located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city - within walking distance of the magnificent Champs-Elysees. Jeanne was engaged in her work at home. Initially, she was even glad that you can come to work in slippers: if you just went to your office, he was also a correspondent point. But after some time, the presenter understood that she did not quit her job, but was there permanently. Literally a few months later Zhanna Agalakova knew the city perfectly, every day she discovered something new, interesting and unexplored. Now she has studied Paris so much that she wrote a book about him.

The book of Zhanna Agalakova

In 2011, the Russian TV host became the author of the book "Everything I know about Paris." Zhanna Agalakova, whose photo was placed on the cover of the book, dedicated her to her beloved husband, who opened this beautiful city to her daughter, who will know him better than herself, and to her brother Mikhail, who managed not to visit there until now . The book tells all about the city, its sights, and also about what happened to Jeanne. Now the readers have the opportunity to learn the most interesting facts about France, and gave them this opportunity Zhanna Agalakova. The book about Paris sold out, you can say, like hot cakes.

Distance - not a hindrance to love

To live under one roof in France, the couple did not last long. Savona was offered a good position at the German Institute of Bochum. A friendly family again had to split into two cities. Giorgio began to study physics, Jeanne was very happy that her husband changed his occupation and started doing something he loved. He was a Sunday dad for two years, after which he realized that he could not do it any more, and returned to France where he started to study financial mathematics. And now, after twenty years, the lovers really became inseparable.

Together and forever

In Paris, Savona became a consultant to well-known companies dealing with risks and capital management, and he also began to play on stock exchanges with shares of various organizations. The most important thing is that Giorgio can do all this at home in the evening. And throughout the day he is happy to help his wife do household chores, together they meet a daughter from school. Alice studies in a French educational institution, but also twice a week attends courses in Russian and Italian.

Zhanna Agalakova still works as a correspondent. How long it will last - she does not know, but while she likes everything, and the fact that they are all together, brings every day only joy and positive emotions.
