Is it possible for the nursing mother to eat cherries? We'll figure it out!

In the postnatal period, when it would seem that all prohibitions on food and drinks that acted during pregnancy are no longer valid, a new mother is in for a new disappointment. The child in the womb receives useful elements and substances through the umbilical cord. And after the baby is born, this process is carried out exclusively through the mother's milk, which can not only benefit. What products can nursing mothers have in order for their child to develop properly?

At first, especially zealous pediatricians in general are advised to use exclusively dietary products: buckwheat, chicken breast in boiled form, dairy products not too high in fat content. But what to do if the period of feeding is in spring-summer - the season of fresh berries, vegetables and, of course, fruits. Usually I especially want red, juicy fruits, which, as a rule, cause allergies. But if it's not worth risking with strawberries uniquely, then can a nursing mother eat cherries?

This fruit (it is also called "sparrow cherry") - the berry is very useful. Its use improves metabolism and stimulates digestion, which during breastfeeding will be very handy - because many breastfeeding women suffer from constipation. Another argument in favor of a positive answer to the question "can a nursing mother eat cherries?" Consists in the fact that a handful of this tasty, juicy berry provokes the release of the hormone endorphin into the blood, or, in other words, the hormone of joy. This helps many to cope with postpartum depression and, of course, will benefit the baby - because to look at the smiling mother he will definitely be pleased.

Among other things, cherry is a storehouse of vitamins. What is there in it only! Vitamin C, PP, A, B, malic acid, pectins! After the winter period, these substances are simply necessary for an organism that has passed not so long ago through childbirth. From this side, the cherry will also not harm the nursing mother.

Why then, in general, does the question arise about its use? The fact is that many, having reached the berries, can not eat a small amount, but immediately try to master a kilogram or two. Therefore, there are discussions, whether it is possible for the nursing mother to eat the sweet cherry, because in large quantities it can be an allergen, like any product of red color. What to do in this case? What to look at, and what can you close your eyes on?

To avoid the question of whether it is possible for the nursing mother to eat a cherry, it is sufficient to observe the following precautions:

- to start eating cherries better not immediately after the birth of your child, and when he at least slightly grows older and gets stronger;
- eat it no more than a handful a day, not to provoke an allergic reaction or digestive problems in the baby;
- If possible, it is better to use compote of berries, and not the very fresh cherries;
- when choosing fruit, it is better to stay on white and pink varieties to avoid diathesis in the child.

And most importantly, there is it in combination with other products, so that the baby gets a full meal along with the mother's milk.
