Systems of human organs should constantly update their cellular composition. Therefore, it is necessary to supply nutrients: fats, carbohydrates, proteins. The last elements are the basic building material that is necessary for all cells. This function is performed by the digestive system, represented by the esophagus, stomach, intestine, which is divided into thin and thick. Also in it enter the liver, pancreas. They produce the enzymes necessary for the splitting of incoming food components. The system also performs excretory function. In addition, pancreatic hormones are necessary to maintain the physiological level of blood glucose.
