This recipe is very short, it is not prepared for long - in a couple of hours you can put the fish on the table.

The most difficult thing here is to peel the herring from the peel, remove the head, tail and bones.

First, before starting salting herring at home, it needs to be thawed. Take three fish - specifically for this amount of fish, our marinade for herring is calculated.

Sliced fillets of herring are cut into small pieces. We put the pieces of herring in a suitable container, shifting it with onion, which is cut into half rings, all together pour marinade for 3 hours.

To prepare marinade we need:

9 tbsp. Spoons of boiled cold water, a dessert spoon of table salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of vinegar 70%, half a teaspoon of red pepper, 60 g of vegetable oil.

All this mixture is thoroughly mixed. It is the basis for the preparation of marinade. And then you can choose one of three options.

First: 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and tomato sauce.

Second: just 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

The third: 1st. Spoon of prepared mustard and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

The herring turns out to be sharp enough, in connection with this pepper can be added a little less than it is indicated in the recipe. Anyone who is a fan of spicy food can add more pepper. That and good salting herring at home, that the acuity can be chosen to your liking.

The following recipe is very simple, it involves the use not only of herring, but also the salting of trout at home.

For 1 kilogram of fish you need 2 tons. Spoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of salt (you can find the spices to your liking, it's best to do spices for the first time). Fish should be gutted, cut off the heads, pour the prepared mixture and put in a suitable pan for oppression weighing about one and a half kilograms (as a load you can use a liter jar, which must be filled with water). Place in the refrigerator for 36 hours. The fish is ready.

Salting herring in the home can be done for such a rather original recipe.

You will need: half a kilo of herring; 1-2 salted cucumber, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil; Parsley, 1 carrot; bulb; Laurel leaf; 4 spoons of vinegar, a glass of water, 3 peas of pepper; Salt, sugar.

Before you begin salting herring at home, you must gut the herring and soak it in cold water, in a separate bowl you have to soak the milk. Make marinade: bring the water to a boil, add sugar, vinegar, chopped parsley, onions, carrots, and spices. Ready marinade to cool.

Then remove herring from the herring, cut it into fillets, gently removing all small bones. In the center of each piece put a few small slices of salted cucumber, peeled from the skins and carrots from the marinade. Then you need to roll the fillet with a tight roller and chop it with a wooden clean pin. Put in a glass jar.

With milk it is necessary to remove the film and carefully grind them with a spoon, you can also rub through a sieve, then pour with vegetable oil and mix with the marinade. Herring pour the prepared mixture, cover the jar with parchment, tie it. Soak the week in a cool place.
