Restructuring is a complex process

The word "restructuring" is borrowing from the English language, means changing the structure, order, structure. The term is general, therefore the processes denoted by this concept can be found in any kind of activity. For example, in western financial practices there is such a thing as "firm restructuring". In this case, the enterprise is rebuilt under the influence of internal or external factors, since the current state of affairs is recognized as ineffective.

For the company, restructuring is primarily an assessment of the current state and the setting of new goals that will need to be achieved. The initial analysis, as a rule, includes an assessment of the activities of the current leadership, current strategies, tax, legal analysis. Therefore, almost always the restructuring of the company affects much more layers than simply financial restructuring.

After the main problems are identified, experts develop a new strategy and project tasks. At this stage, possible achievements, risks, volumes of necessary resources are calculated. Sometimes several initiatives are being prepared, of which management and owners choose the best option.

Restructuring is a complex process, which should result in the organization's exit to a fundamentally new level. Somewhat happens on the expanses of our motherland in the financial sphere. Today, many individuals and legal entities are faced with the fact that they can not repay loans and interest on them in due time.

Debt restructuring is an agreement between a creditor and a borrower, which is usually supplemented by a number of documents (a copy of the loan agreement, a copy of the passport and work record book, a certificate indicating the amounts paid and the amount of debt, extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). The credit organization verifies the solvency of the borrower, and in the case of establishing the fact that it is impossible to pay the loan on the current conditions, another scheme of joint work is selected for it.

Most often, financial institutions are going to increase the payment terms, change the repayment schedule, change the currency of the debt (for example, from euro to Russian rubles). In addition, the client may be offered a "credit holiday", when for a certain period a deferral is made in repayment of the principal amount of payment. However, there is no need to be seduced here, because the bank will still receive the money due to it, adding them to the total amount of debt after the end of the grace period.

The restructuring proposed by credit institutions is not a gift. Almost always temporary improvement will result in additional interest amounts. Therefore, all proposed schemes should be carefully disassembled and calculated independently. Payers for mortgages in a difficult financial situation can consult the ARIZHK (a special agency that is engaged in restructuring loans in the mortgage sector), where they can advise the scheme with a stabilization loan or contract.
