The PAZ 3206 bus was developed back in 1986, but its serial assembly was launched in 1994. The machine stands out because it has a sufficient degree of patency, and this is especially true in the context of Russian off-road. Along with this, the owners of the unit noted that it is simple in technical maintenance and combines a worthy quality and low cost.

As practice has shown, PAZ 3206, having its own weight of seven tons, requires a radius of less than eight meters for a turn. PAZ 3206 before the implementation is very carefully tested, all its technical characteristics are closely studied and verified.

The bus is equipped with a four-cylinder diesel engine of the imported manufacturer Cummins 4ISBe185 (Euro-3). Power of the power plant is 185 horsepower. In some cases, the bus may have a motor ZMZ-5234, whose capacity is 124 horsepower. The number of cylinders in this engine is 8, the ecological class is Euro-1. This power unit is equipped with a quick warm-up function, which is especially important during the operation of the bus in the harsh climatic conditions of the northern regions of Russia.

Paz 3206 without special difficulties overcomes roads of any complexity. This became possible due to the availability of the all-wheel drive and the following design features:
