Pancakes with yoghurt

Let's start with the simplest recipe. You can take it for the main one and boldly change or supplement it at your own discretion, so you will have an absolutely new dish every time. Prepare fritters on yogurt is very simple. We'll take sweet (drinking) yogurt. If you use the usual, then add a little more sugar.

You will need:

  • 1 egg;
  • 300 ml of liquid fruit yogurt;

You will need:

  • A glass of liquid yogurt;
  • egg;
  • a glass of flour;
  • 2 apples;
  • 2 tbsp. L of sugar;
  • A teaspoonful of soda;
  • A pinch of salt and a bit of ground cinnamon.

How to cook

We mix yoghurt with egg and sugar, well vzobem, add salt, soda and a pinch of cinnamon. Constantly stirring, gradually introduce flour. The dough should be homogeneous.

Apples peeled and peeled on a large grater. Add to the dough and mix. In the frying pan, heat the oil and fry the fritters to a ruddy crust on both sides.

We will combine yoghurt, mango and flakes, mix and leave for an hour to brew. Now add the egg and the rest of the ingredients. Thoroughly mix.
