News is not only a program, but also its leading

Now, news programs in large numbers are on television. Leading in their show are several channels, one of which is "Russia 1", partially state (in accordance with the number of shares owned by the state). Channel "Russia 1" is a public public channel, which is included in the package of channels that are mandatory for digital free broadcasting not in the territory of the Russian Federation (multiplex). On the channel there are single air screens for the regional branches of VGTRK, during which local news blocks "Vesti-Mestnoye Vremya", programs of own production and local advertising are broadcasted. This feature is inherent only to this TV channel from the multiplex.

History of the program

"News" is a news program, which is published on the channel "Russia 1" from the day of its foundation - May 13, 1991. The founders of the program are considered to be 3 people: the general director of VGTRK Anatoly Lysenko, the editor-in-chief of the program Oleg Poptsov and Yevgeny Kiselyov - the first leading news program. First, "Vesti" was aired 1-2 times a day, then the number of issues gradually increased. From 2000 to the present day the program is released every 3 hours during the day and at night, and also every half hour in the morning and a large final release in the evening, sometimes the schedule for news blocks is slightly changed due to important events for Russia (for example, the Olympics) or accidents .

Leading "Vesti"

The first presenter of "Vesti Russia" is Evgeny Kiselyov, who is one of the creators. Since 1999, the leading has begun to change - the two led the issues one week, two - the other.

Now the leading "Vesti" appear in various editions and headings that differ in time. The main line-up includes Dmitry Kiselev, Sergei Brilev, Andrei Kondrashov, Tatyana Remezov, Yevgeny Rozhkov, Igor Kozhevin, Eldar Basilia and others. Many news programs are published with Vladimir Soloviev.

About the program

The channels on which Vesti broadcast live are Russia-1, RTR-Planeta (broadcast in other countries, for example, in the USA) and RTR-Belarus. Has 4 permanent headings apart from the main broadcast:

  1. Sports (review of sporting events and achievements).
  2. Economy (news of stock markets, exchanges, the state of the economy, the ruble rate, etc.)
  3. Weather forecast for Russia.
  4. Local time (at the end of the main release, can also be broadcast with a local weather forecast).

Program "News", the release of which on time is 5-10 minutes in the morning, in the afternoon - 15-20 minutes, in the evening - 20-40 minutes is broadcasted daily. On Sunday, the final issue is an hour. Currently, "Vesti" is the main news program on television. In one row with it is only "Time" on the First.

The program raises all important topics, it tells about political, social, economic, cultural events, important for the whole society or its individual categories. Also covered are incidents in Russia and abroad, for this purpose correspondents are sent there with operators who both conduct direct reports and send live footage to the live broadcast. The staff of correspondents from Vesti is quite large, they all professionally and competently submit information.

Vesti is one of the best news programs in Russia. Repeatedly won the TEFI award in the nomination "Information Programs". The program is viewed daily by millions of people throughout the country.
