Education in "Mouscron"

Maxim Lestenenn was born on June 17, 1992 in the Belgian city of Mouscron. From the age of 4, the young midfielder got carried away with the most popular game in the world, began to go to football school. After completing all the stages of training in the system of the club "Mouscron", Maxim entered the youth team, often training with the main. The debut in professional football took place for the midfielder on December 20, 2008 - within the framework of the Jupile League, the Belgian was substituted for 10 minutes in a victorious match against "Bruges". Having received the status of a free agent, Maxim Lestienne, a football player who already appeared in the youth team of Belgium, could choose his new place of work. Among the clubs that made the offer to the player, there was an English "Everton", but the midfielder decided to stay in his homeland by signing a contract with "Brugge" in January 2010.

In the composition of one of the most famous Belgian clubs Maxim Lestenne demonstrated his talent in all its glory. Debuting in the "black and blue" at the end of January, as part of the cup match against Ghent, on March 31 he managed to open a scoring goal for the new team - in a duel with Cortrayt the Belgian scored one of the three goals of Bruges.

Every year the glory of the young Belgian talent spread more and more throughout Europe. In the season 2011/2012 Lestienne became one of the key players of the team, regularly leaving in the starting lineup, becoming the silver medalist of the championship of Belgium. In the summer of 2012, for the transfer of the player to CSKA Moscow, the management of the Russian club offered 12 million euros, but the player refused the transfer. As a result, after having played two more seasons for "Bruges", Maxim decided to try his hand at the new championship.

Arab Rental in Europe

Unexpectedly for many as a new club, Maxim Lestienne chose Qatari Al Arabi, who immediately gave the player an annual lease in the Italian Genoa. In Serie A, the midfielder's debut took place on September 21 in a match against Lazio, and the first goal - only six months later - on May 23 the midfielder hit the gate of Inter. In total during the game in "Genoa" Maxim took part in 24 meetings, gaining three scoring points.

Returning at the end of the lease in Al Arabi, the midfielder was sent to Europe - a new club for one year was the Dutch PSV. Having played his first match in Eredivizi on August 11, three weeks later, on the 30th, Lestienne opened and scored goals, taking part in the victory over Feyenoord. In September, the midfielder met with CSKA Moscow and two goals at the gate of the "army team" grieved Muscovites for their absence in the Russian club. At the end of the season in the treasury Lestienne went the title of champion of Holland, as well as the owner of the Super Cup of the country.

Moving to Russia

In the summer of 2016, a month after returning to the Qatari club, "Rubin" published the news that the legendary Maxim Lestenne comes to the Kazan team, a photo of which confirmed the fact with the T-shirt of the club. However, because of problems with the documents to make a player in the application for the season "ruby" could not immediately.

As a result, the debut of the midfielder took place only on September 12 in a match against the "Ural" - coming on as a substitute in the second half, the Belgian designed and his first goal scored, ensuring a confident victory of the Kazan club. International successes

To the matches of the national team of different age category Maxim has been involved since 2007. Annually speaking at various competitions, the midfielder confirmed his high level of skill and professionalism. However, the latter, as shown in 2013, was in doubt, according to the Football Federation of Belgium. In September, a decision was made to remove the player from participating in the matches of the national team for six months, for the reason that the girl Maxim Lestienna was with him in the room on the eve of the qualifying match of the European Championship against Italy - in that game the Belgians won with a score of 1: 3.
