Methods of Belolipetsk - Pre-school Education Programs, Proven Efficiency

- Sergey Alekseevich, you have been working with children for more than 25 years, today the "Methods of Belolipetsk" are being successfully implemented in many tutoring centers, what do you think is the secret of your success?

- I am convinced that you can achieve real success only if you really like what you are doing. Throughout the years of working on programs, I've been doing what I loved, doing what I really wanted, what I really wanted, while trying to help difficult children, expanding the boundaries ... It's not just work, it's real creativity that teaches faith in Themselves, patience, the search for new opportunities.

I really managed to achieve a lot, I managed to bring into the preschool education that which was not there before. For example - a round pencil that helps young children develop finger mechanics, makes it easier for them to learn writing ... Also, in my classes a few years ago I began to apply workbooks on writing and math to school, it turned out that they help children concentrate, Homework. Kids involved in the program "Brilliant Preparations" begin to read in their entirety from the age of 3 thanks to unique programs and spinning cubes that reveal the hidden possibilities of the alphabet.

Of course, I had a lot of experience working with children, reading special literature, attending courses. I constantly study myself, and this approach allows me to instill in children love for study and a desire to learn and learn new things.

- For children of what age and who is the level of training your methods are designed for?

- As a rule, I deal with children from 3 to 11 years, it is at this age that the foundation is laid, which influences the further progress.

The level of preparation does not really matter, everything goes according to plan, according to pourochnye developments. True, it is especially important for success here that parents bring their children to classes on time.

If parents address me directly before the school, additional lessons are added to the main program and the burden on the child increases. In this, however, there is also a plus - progress is achieved more quickly, because in any case I try not to overload the baby, but to interest him.

It is most difficult to work with those children whom parents give little attention to, because then the teacher has to solve two tasks simultaneously: to engage in the overall development of the child and maintain a high educational pace. But, in turn, these children are especially interesting to me as a teacher, because in order to produce a result in a short time, I have to use all my knowledge and experience.

- What results can be achieved?

- When a child graduates from primary school and gets to different teachers, the results become more obvious and, frankly, sometimes I am very pleased for the work done.

Continuity of training allows you to master the course of primary school for 2-3 years. Why is this necessary? But why! Surely you have heard that now not only children are learning, but their parents. Well, if my mother has the patience to learn not only in primary, but also in secondary school, but this happens not often. Therefore, after the 3rd grade, the results of pre-school preparation become especially noticeable - it is important for me that the children do their school lessons on their own and this is what my efforts are aimed at. When a child learns himself, after completing primary school, he is not lost and his academic performance does not fall.

- Do you plan to further refine the program?

- If you look closely at the programs used today, you can see that they consist of reference circuits that change with a certain periodicity. The basic set of schemes has not changed for a long time already - it has repeatedly proved its effectiveness and is suitable for group lessons in kindergartens.

In my understanding, to refine the program - it means to come up with a new scheme or modify the old one. I have to do both. I believe that the more teachers in the arsenal of educational schemes, the easier it is for the child to learn. After all, teaching a child means constantly showing flexibility. It is equally important to build a good relationship with the student, they ultimately contribute to growth.

- Could you give some example from your practice? Tell the story that you especially remember ...

- With pleasure. I usually do classes once a week, but one day I had to work in an unusual mode for myself - five days a week. My pupil was the neighbor's boy Alyosha, who came to stay with his grandmother and could only name the first five digits before the beginning of the class, making mistakes when writing them.

Working with Alyosha, I moved strictly according to the program "Brilliant Preparations". At the first lessons the boy was difficult, but soon he was drawn in - it is necessary to pay tribute to the grandmother, who did homework with him. When my mother arrived in two weeks, she immediately noticed the results of our work, but was afraid that the child would forget everything. I advised her to repeat her lessons, using a notebook with her homework ...

A month later my student again came to visit my grandmother, and we continued our studies - my grandmother said that my grandson really enjoyed studying. By the beginning of the second course Alyosha already knew how to write all the numbers, compare and decompose numbers, knew the direct and reverse counts, confidently solved examples of plus and minus one, and most importantly, he had the patience to perform written exercises without distracting other children.

Nevertheless, I started with the repetition of the material and only after making sure that he was fully mastered by the boy, concentrated on the final part of the program. The study of the difficult material already lay on prepared soil, so the result surpassed all expectations. Alyosha fully mastered the first ten and, from the words of my mother, who brought the boy to another summer vacation a year later, I learned that he had successfully studied the entire first class. My mother told me that it was easy for her to do school with her son: first, she was familiar with my methods, and secondly, some safety margin was created, and thirdly, the child just learned a lot before school.

This example very well illustrates the importance of preschool preparation, because basic knowledge allows the child to more easily learn the material.
