Gramicidin prevents the multiplication of bacteria, destroys the gram-positive pathogenic microflora. Thanks to the beneficial properties of substances, the drug has a complex anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antibacterial action. In addition, its composition includes water d /, phenylethanol, citric acid, sodium citrate, lithium chloride, polysorbate 80 and ethanol. When instillations in the external auditory canal, the pathogenic microflora is destroyed, which leads to the elimination of the inflammatory process. The use of the drug contributes to the relief of the manifestations that accompany the lesion.
