LLC " Insulating Pipe Plant" is a Russian company specializing in the application of insulating coatings to steel pipes of various diameters for housing and communal services and the oil and gas complex. It is one of the three largest profile productions of the country. It is located in the city of Peresvet in the Moscow region.

Description

The insulating pipe plant is a young enterprise built from scratch in 2009. The production is equipped with innovative equipment that allows to apply insulation of different types and their combinations depending on the customer's conditions.

In May 2009, a unique line for applying foreign epoxy enamels of the brand "Amerkot" was launched. A year later, the technology of applying extruded polyethylene was mastered. In February 2011, a complex of polymer and smooth coatings was launched. In the same year, the production of PPU pipes in galvanized steel and polyethylene casings with a productivity of up to 1 km per day was started. The next step was the manufacture of PPU-shells with a capacity of 300 units per day.
