Legal status of a person

For any legal system, the concept of personality is central, speaking in various qualities. So, it (the person) acts in the role of the subject of the normative system, the citizen, the bearer of duties, responsibility and freedom, legal capacity, legality and other. Various legal prescriptions are addressed to it, it largely determines the level of the legal culture of society, the state of law and order. In addition, it is subject to judicial and other regulatory protection. The legal status of a person closes on itself different phenomena and categories, to one degree or another related to regulatory processes and relationships.

The value of the whole system as a whole is largely determined by the role that is assigned to protecting and safeguarding the interests, life, honor, dignity and security of a citizen. The legal status of the individual reflects rights and their guarantees. In other words, the value of the system is largely determined by the extent to which it allows the citizen to reveal his opportunities, to realize his moral and social potential.

Interaction with the state through laws and regulations determines the legal status, reflecting also responsibility and responsibilities. However, the rights of citizens are given the first place. In other words, the legal status of the individual provides a right for a citizen.

As experts note, in the recent past, the study of the regulatory system was carried out only from the formal side. The norms allow us to introduce this position of the individual into the legislative framework. Legal and special status are related to each other in the same way as the content and form. In Russia, under the legal status, the country's legislative base, embodied in the Constitution, the Law on Citizenship, the Declaration on Freedoms and Rights and other major acts, is also included. At the same time, the regulatory framework is formed in accordance with international criteria.
