Children's, school and student's years

Ksenia Bezuglova (Kishina) was born in the town of Leninsk-Kuznechny (Kemerovo region). A year later her family moved to the village of Volno-Nadezhdinskoye, located in Primorsky Krai. It was here that the girls spent their childhood. She went to a typical rural school, and after lessons she took part in performances of the local puppet theater.

Having matured, Xenia got carried away by sports. She was running, and she was constantly invited to participate in various district competitions. After graduation she entered the seaside branch of the Humanitarian Academy, located in Vladivostok. Xenia chose the management faculty for herself. During this period of her life she managed to combine her studies at the academy and work in the advertising department of one of the popular glossy magazines.

Unusual declaration of love

With her future husband Alexei Bezuglovym Xenia met in 2003, as a student of the third year. This seemingly casual acquaintance turned out to be that very love at first sight. I must say that Xenia was already preparing to marry another guy by that time, but the strong feelings that arose in relation to Alexey forced the girl to abandon her fiancé 10 days before the wedding. It is worth noting that she never regretted it.

Three years after their acquaintance, Alexei Bezuglov made a proposal to his beloved girlfriend. By the way, this exciting event could be observed by the residents of Vladivostok, since the engagement of the couple in love took place right on the main square of the city. Alexei, like a real fairy prince, came for his bride on a white horse, and Xenia, in turn, gave a beautiful carriage.

In the same year, the young played a wedding, and after that flew to Moscow. In the capital Alexey was engaged in construction business, and Ksenia worked in glossy magazines. Two years later she became pregnant. This news for the couple was welcome. They began to actively prepare for the birth of their first-born. Then the future seemed to them cloudless and happy.

Car Accident

What happened to Ksenia Bezuglova in August 2008 could turn into a real tragedy. The fact is that the girl got into a car accident, after which her life abruptly changed. And it all began with the fact that Xenia and her beloved husband decided to go on holiday to Vladivostok in order to relax, and at the same time celebrate their wedding anniversary. On the way home, a car with a happy couple riding in it crashed into an accident.

The result of a car crash was a fracture of the spine, as pregnant Ksenia Bezuglova was in the back seat of the car at the time of the accident. The pain experienced by a young woman does not lend itself to any description. In addition, she was clearly aware that the life of her first-born, whom she and her husband had been waiting with impatience, could be in mortal danger.

Immediately after the car accident, the wounded woman was immersed in a helicopter and taken to the hospital. She had a complicated operation, after which she was for a long time in intensive care. And then she would be treated for a long time. Soon Ksenia Bezuglova, whose diagnosis was already very disappointing, learned from doctors that anesthesia, applied during surgery, could adversely affect the development of her unborn baby. But the woman did not listen to the advice of experts and yet decided on childbirth, as she was deeply convinced that her baby would be born completely healthy.

The birth of a daughter

Needless to say, Xenia Bezuglova, discharged from the hospital, was in a depressed state, since the ill-fated accident fundamentally knocked down her mental and vital energy. At first she was forbidden to sit down, and so she lay all the time. Despite this, Alex's favorite husband supported her as best he could and in this difficult period for her was always close. To overcome all adversities young couple was helped also by mother Xenia, flown from Vladivostok.

So reliable support of loved ones and people close to her, as well as thoughts about the future child, did not allow the woman to fall into a deep depression. Finally, in February 2009, such a long-awaited and perfectly healthy girl was born, which her parents called Taisia.

Rehabilitation

But the appearance of the baby did not solve all the problems. After delivery, the young mother expected a very long rehabilitation course. Xenia believed that in a year or two she would be able to stand up, but her hopes, unfortunately, were not justified: she remained chained to a wheelchair. But, fortunately, she turned out to be a strong woman and did not give up, as she knew that she needed her little daughter. On a wheelchair the girl spun around the kitchen, preparing milk porridge for her child. Young mother herself fed Tasenka and looked after her.

Of course, Xenia sometimes wanted to cry from her despair, but she did this only when no one was home. The girl for a long time could not accept the idea that she would never walk again, but she did not intend to remain in such helpless condition. She finally realized that in this situation it is necessary to change one's worldview and attitude to life.

Social activity

We can say that Ksenia Bezuglova made the first steps in this direction when she began attending a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities. Especially her attention was attracted to women in wheelchairs. She noticed that they all looked glum, untidy and lost all interest in life. And then Xenia came up with an interesting idea: what if you organize for these lost women master classes in style and make-up? To her surprise, this venture quickly gained popularity.

Encouraged by this success, Bezuglova submitted an application for participation in the contest of fashion designers, where people with disabilities could take part. Having done this, Xenia realized that fate had not in vain sent such a trial to her. From now on, she decided to take up the support of disabled people and prove by their own example that even sitting in a chair, one can be a single-minded, energetic and cheerful person.

The new "Miss World"

The events that took place in December 2012 became truly significant for Ksenia. She won the Vertical beauty contest, which was attended by girls from more than twenty countries. This event was held in Rome, and the next morning after the final, the girl woke up famous. About her wrote almost all major foreign publications, including Vogue and Vanity Fair. In Russia, however, this was only learned a year later when dozens of journalists who asked to be interviewed began to call for it.

Life abounds

With the award of the title "Miss of the world on a wheelchair" Ksenia Bezuglova received new opportunities for its activities. She began to take care of creating comfortable conditions for people in wheelchairs. In 2013, Xenia became a member of the Coordinating Council of the City Hall, dealing with the problems of disabled people. In addition, she is a board member of the Department of Culture and Health of Moscow.

Now Ksenia Bezuglova is very active in public activities. In all spheres of life she is trying at least somehow to improve the lives of disabled people. An example of this can be the organization and holding of a women's beauty contest, as well as the fashion show "Without Borders", where people with disabilities participated.
