Known statements of Stalin

Statements of public people, if they are relevant, become known and interesting aphorisms. These aphorisms can "survive" their creator, passed on from generation to generation. So the famous statements of Stalin, the leader of the Soviet Union, became winged phrases. I can not believe that some of them could have been made by a formidable ruler, who was feared and respected by the whole world.

"Engineers of human souls"

Stalin's famous statements do not always belong to his personal invention. For example, this winged expression, by which he designated all writers, does not belong to him. So the well-known Olesha Yuri, also a writer, spoke about writers. Stalin liked this comparison, and he quoted it in Gorky's house on October 26, 1932. In the house of Maxim Gorky that evening a general meeting of writers took place, at which the leader decided to attend.

Thus, the phrase of Yuri Olesha, pronounced by the leader, became one of the most famous sayings of Joseph Vissarionovich.

"Life has become better, life has become happier"

November 17, 1935, the First All-Union Conference was held, attended by workers and workers - Stakhanovites. Completely, of course, Stalin's speech was much longer, but the main idea remained in history. Joseph Stalin's statement that he lives well, because the work is getting on well, and if life was bad, then the Stakhanov movement would not exist, it was sounded on the eve of the famous mass repression, of which the leader, of course, knew.

Historians attribute to Stalin an obvious evil irony, "false optimism."

"Cadres decide everything"

Stalin's famous statements are mainly directed toward the workers. So there was also this expression, which many bosses like to shift the blame for failures in business to their personnel like to repeat.

This phrase was born on May 4, 1935, when the release of the Red commanders took place. So broadly and qualitatively the leader formulated the purpose and principle of the political-party leadership.

"Winners can and should be judged"

There are Stalin's statements aimed at changing the essence. Such is the statement. So Stalin turned the saying that winners can not be judged. This phrase was made by the leader on February 9, 1946 in the election of the voters of the Stalin district in Moscow. Stalin argued this expression by saying that judging and criticizing the winners is useful for the winners themselves. The usefulness is to win once, the winner is not conceited, but continued to work hard, was modest. With this expression of his, one can not but agree. Indeed, there is such a quality in a person - ambition. It manifests itself at a time when a person understands that he is a winner, that he is the best. Such people should not forget that there are slips in their work, there may be a man stronger and smarter. Therefore it is worth it not only to praise for success, but also to criticize for what could be done even better.

"The scammers do not have a place in the operational work"

This quotation has come to this day from the Seventh Party Congress, which was going to discuss the work of the Central Committee of the WKB. Stalin there began a speech about the types of people. He divided them into two - the nobles, whom he called arrogant, but unable to work, and chatterboxes who are loyal to the work and the Soviet government, but can not and do not know how to lead. The leader said that all the talkers should be removed from the leading positions, until they flooded the work in the constant and endless streams of empty speeches. The audience burst out with applause, everyone agreed with this opinion. I would not agree, because the dispute with the leader could leave his native land for a long time to become one of the wood fellers in Siberia.

"Every mistake has a name and a surname"

There is a widespread opinion that Lazar Kaganovich became the ancestor of the phrase - the People's Commissar of Communication. Only instead of the word "error" did the "accident" sound. And he uttered the phrase in the form in which it is now known, Beria. After him, the phrase flew out of the mouth of the leader in 1941. Since Stalin uttered loudly, so it was attributed only to him.

This says that every blunder and error is guilty. Only one, who must answer with all severity, since he framed everyone, broke his plans with his actions.

"It does not matter how they voted, it's important how the"

Many of Stalin's statements are relevant to today's time. This phrase was made by the leader at the Seventh Congress on the election of the Secretary General, on which Stalin also won. The meaning of the statement is an irony about dishonest elections, the essence of which Stalin did not try to hide.

In our time, such a statement has the most direct meaning, really, as voted - it does not matter. It is more important to "correctly" calculate votes.

"You have to be a very brave person to become a coward in the Red Army"

Some of Stalin's statements belong only to him, no one else is ascribed to him. This is one of the few that the leader himself came up with and said. This aphorism was even published in the newspapers of those times as an anecdote. Of course, there is no funny in this statement, because everyone knows that the soldier who was chicken on the battlefield was waiting, hiding, or completely deserting. There was a humane punishment - execution. Such soldiers were equated with the traitors of the Motherland, becoming enemies not only of the army, but also of Stalin personally. The interesting fact is that Stalin himself did not take part in the hostilities, commanding from the Cabinet, he did not know all the sorrows that the soldiers suffered. Stalin himself was so afraid of his enemies that for every slanting glance in his direction he led a man to the wall. This explains the appearance of the phrase "There are people - there is a problem, there is no person - there is no problem". But Stalin himself never said this phrase! The writer invented the expression Rybakov and attributed it to Stalin.

Stalin's statements about children

Iosif Vissarionovich spoke of children as full-fledged citizens who should be able to answer for their actions. Stalin's statements, in which children are mentioned, did not become aphorisms. It is only known that the leader called for the upbringing of children in labor, so that they understand at an early age how hard everything is given.
