On this day at work, men are congratulated, they say warm words and even award prizes for their outstanding contribution to the development of the country. For them, they arrange concerts and organize all kinds of competitions.

This holiday is celebrated every year on the first Saturday of November more and more people. Quite possibly, soon this event will be on a par with such well-known dates as January 1 or March 8.
