On juice, such fruits are not very suitable, so they have a low amount of moisture. For this reason, it is best to use late varieties for this purpose, which are much juicier. If you want to prepare nectar with sugar, then the technology is similar to the previous one, only in the second stage take 70% sugar syrup and add to the juice. The syrup can be obtained either from secondary juice, or from sugar. The proportion is as follows: one liter requires one hundred grams of sugar and 150 ml of syrup.
