Once it is ready, it will need to be removed and allowed to cool slightly.

While broth is being cooked, you can prepare the rest of the soup products. Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Carrots grate on a large grater or cut into strips. 2-3 potatoes cut into slices or straws. All vegetables should be laid aside for the time being. Cucumbers (2-3 pcs.) Cut into small cubes. If they are large, then pre-clean the coarse skin and remove the seeds. Fry them in a pan for 5-7 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated. Rinse rice to clean water.

All the prepared products should be put in after the broth is ready. First you need to put rice and potatoes. Once the soup boils, add onions, carrots. Minutes for fifteen before the end of cooking, add the casseroles and 1 cup of brine. Boil rassolnik until the potatoes are ready. At the very end, season with salt and add chopped meat.
