The end of Nori, which remained empty, moisten the above solution and, as it were, fix the roll. This is necessary to ensure that the roll does not fall apart. After winding a long roll, cut off excess on the edges. Then you can cut the roll into portions. After each sliced piece, moisten the knife in a solution of water and rice vinegar.
