The fact is that for its preparation, young chickens are used, which are not only tender in structure, but also very juicy, unlike ordinary chicken meat.

Ingredients

To prepare the dish you will need:

- Chickens - 2 pieces;

- sour cream;

- chicken fat;

- horseradish (better creamy);

- garlic - 2 cloves;

- salt;

- Capers;

- tomato paste;

- potatoes - 1 kg;

- black pepper.

Bird preparation

That the chicken in the oven is completely well poured, it must be properly prepared. First, the chicken is carefully processed on an open fire to get rid of the remains of feathers. Then it is well washed and allowed to dry. After that, small incisions are made on the skin to gain access to the meat under it.

Next, rub the bird with salt and give it a little insisting. Then carefully rub the pepper and put chicken fat under the skin. So the chicken in the oven will turn out juicy and will have extra flavor.

Marinade

To prepare a good shake, which later becomes a terrific sauce, mix sour cream, horseradish, garlic, which is passed through the crush, and tomato paste. With this marinade, carefully rub the bird and let it brew for half an hour.

Stacking

After the chicken is marinated, it must be filled with potatoes, which are cut into small cubes, and capers. In this case, vegetables should be slightly podsolit and pepper. At this point, you can add other spices that will make the chicken in the oven turn into a real gastronomic masterpiece. However, you should be careful that the sharp taste and smell does not interrupt the true value of this dish.

Baking

After the bird is marinated and stuffed, it must be wrapped in foil. Each chick is wound separately. Then they are placed in a preheated oven. Chickens are cooked in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees for thirty minutes. After that they unfold and cook another 15 minutes to get a ruddy crust. Also in this way get rid of the internal moisture in the vegetables, preparing them. When the bird is ready, it is spread on separate plates, watering the remaining gravy.

Innings

To the table, chicken, cooked in the oven, are served on a separate dish entirely. Then they are cut and take out the vegetables that will serve as side dishes. If desired, they can be replaced with buckwheat porridge, but before placing it inside the bird it needs to be lightly fried in a frying pan until a crackling sound appears. It's also good to use rice, but it's better to boil it separately.

This dish is served hot as a main dish. However, even cold, it has excellent taste qualities. To the chickens is perfect red dry wine, as well as stronger drinks. As sauce it is best to use gravies based on curry or pineapple.
