Most recently, there were no alternatives to traditional school education, compulsory programs and clear criteria for academic achievement. Today, the school is slowly but dynamically losing its monopoly in education. Both parents and the curriculum as a whole have moved into a different educational format, a creative and individual approach, providing greater freedom and independent study of the child's material. Specialized and developing lyceums, schools or classes of in - depth study have appeared, some gymnasiums have returned by sex or age, colleges, mini - groups. New, previously unimaginable subjects of discipline - ethics, situational behavior, business orienteering and others are being introduced. Comes into fashion, become popular, relevant and individual lessons or home schooling. Not just tutoring or extra classes, but full-fledged training at home, without attending a particular school.

It can not be said that this type of training has become massive, especially since in Russia there is actually no legal basis for home schooling, and so far, in order to receive a compulsory crust - a certificate will have to pass examinations at a particular educational institution. Although the law spells out this right, the right to home schooling, practical implementation is not debugged. In other words, it is necessary to be listed anywhere while on the grounds of exemption from the visit, but not from examinations / testing. Home schooling is not new, this is how the nobility taught children in the 19th century. And up to. Today more than 45 countries legally allow the form of individual education at home by special methods, program, courses.

Among the motivations and reasons that cause parents to think about home education, which they themselves call:

- the inefficiency of school instruction, outdated methods, the unacceptability of the correlation between the result and the time spent, efforts,

- superficial knowledge, a lot of superfluous, irrelevant information,

- unequal abilities, from here the child either misses the lesson, has long grasped the essence, or does not have time to figure it out, having received a gap in knowledge and lost time,

- averaging the child's personality, its values,

- the environment, classmates, their influence,

- at school they do not teach to think, prioritize, but only quickly navigate in the textbook, the system of mastery of hints, cheating and other options for achieving a good assessment - the top of the criterion of knowledge. In other words, I'm a good student, but I understand whether I like it, whether I think ....

On the other hand, the school is a society where children adapt, contact and protect, compete and learn to live. Is it justifiable such survival and communication? Perhaps, it is not necessary to categorically go over to home education, but to choose education in the gymnasium with in-depth study of suitable subjects and classes with a small number of students. After all, the effectiveness, suitably the appropriateness and justification of home teaching, depends on the organization of such a process. And this is a selection of methods, programs, courses, work with teachers, monitoring, testing directly knowledge, etc. To do this independently, the parents have the right (minimum, morally) only having the appropriate education and time. More often, such an organization is engaged by a visiting professional.

The real merits of home teaching include:

- Flexibility, the individuality of the construction of the learning process, the child, with less time, emotional, energy costs, more fully and deeper assimilates and, most importantly, understands the material,

- the natural situation, the optimal schedule, the correct alternation of all kinds of loads, rest, physical and creative activity,

- the soonest, rather than with the collective training, the identification of talents, abilities, the inclination of the child,

- elimination of indispensable stressful situations, teenage conflicts, the possibility of choosing comrades and friends by interests, unanimity, spirit, leveling out forced, aggressive communication,

- the risk of numerous seasonal diseases decreases (which is important for young people);

- a real interest in studies, a rich, but not overloaded schedule.

In a word, with a competent organization, home teaching is really effective, it gives an opportunity for directional and full-fledged development and education. And the necessary collective communication can be provided outside the school.
